<![CDATA[The rapid growth of digital technology encourages Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to improve operational efficiency through information systems, particularly in inventory management. However, Mysha Glow MSME still relies on manual stock recording processes, resulting in inaccurate inventory data and difficulties in monitoring stock availability. This study aims to design a mobile-based User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) for an inventory management application using the Design Thinking method and evaluate its usability. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using the Design Thinking framework consisting of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test stages. The research population included individuals involved in inventory management activities at Mysha Glow MSME, while the sample was selected through purposive sampling and consisted of the owner and staff members. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, literature review, and the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. Qualitative data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while SUS data were analyzed using the standard scoring procedure. The results revealed that the developed prototype achieved an average SUS score of 82.25, indicating an acceptable level of usability with an excellent rating. The study concludes that the proposed UI/UX design effectively addresses user needs and has the potential to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of inventory management processes at Mysha Glow MSME.]]>
