Abstract

Everyone basically knows and perceives about the function of antenna. The antenna is a tool or device which has function to receive and transmit signals from a point to another. According to the research of IstaKalisa’s FM Transmitter Radio antenna of Yogyakarta, the writer will give conclusion of research. Loss which affect the working of transmitting radio stations are loss of cord, loss of space damping, and loss of resistance. They make fading on the transmitting power where the fading is in dB unit. Moreover, the position and location of Istakalisa FM transmitter radio station is in the downtown. It does not support to the transmitting system caused by ground conductivity is less than standard and also numbers of high buildings.

Abstract

In respect of development of communication system has grown rapidly, there is no problem with the distance, we can know what is happening in the different places even in other country as near as our places. In line with the advance of development of communication devices now days are closed to simple and practical, such as radio, television, cellular phone, and also internet. The radio communication specially, bigger the power transmitted by the antenna, larger area can be covered by the transmitter, that is phenomenon known as the antenna polarization. Radiation pattern analysis of ISTAKALISA FM Yogyakarta transmitter is aimed to recognize the diffuse of transmitting power and the deviation of Istakalisa’s radio antenna. The pattern and deviation can be formed and calculated at first by having tracking and then the data can be obtained where the parameters are able to be utilized for making a pattern and deviation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the determination and calculation of bank interest in conflict with applicable laws and regulations and analyze the legal protection of debtors as credit recipients in a credit agreement. Data collection techniques in the form of document studies, namely conducting research on documents relating to the problem to be examined in order to obtain a theoretical foundation and information in the form of formal provisions. The materials obtained were analyzed using qualitative normative methods. The results showed that the calculation of Prime Lending Rate was contrary to article 1767 paragraph 3 of KUHP. State Gazette number 22 of 1848 so that it does not provide legal certainty to people who want to receive credit from banks to develop their businesses. The form of legal protection to debtors against credit based on article 1323 of the Civil Code The agreement made between the bank as the lender and the customer as the recipient of the credit is null and void by law and based on article 1166 provides legal protection as the owner of the object. It is expected that when reading the clause regarding the determination of bank interest by banks, it should be observed first the laws and regulations concerning the determination of credit.

Abstract

Penumpukan kendaraan yang terjadi setiap harinya terutama pada saat hari hari kerja maupun pada saat liburan di Ibu Kota Jakarta saat ini tidak bisa dihindari lagi. Puncak kemacetan terjadi pada jam sibuk di pagi hari (06.30-09.00 WIB) dan sore hari (16.30-19.30 WIB). Hal ini diperparah dengan pertumbuhan kendaraan yang mencapai 9,93% per tahun, dan tidak diimbangi pertumbuhan jalan yang hanya 0,01% tiap tahunnya. Dalam penelitian ini akan dijabarkan hasil penelitian mengenai ERP (Electronic Road Pricing), sebagai salah satu solusi kemacetan. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) merupakan sebuah teknologi pengenalan ID berbasis teknologi RF(Radio Frequency). Dimana in-vehicle unit, digantikan dengan tag RFID yang terpasang pada plat nomer kendaraan, yang telah didaftarkan dalam database. Sehingga ketika kendaraan melewati gerbang ERP, maka tag RFID akan terditeksi dan interface akan menampilkan data identitas beserta cost kendaraan sesuai ukuran/ kategorinya yang harus dibayarkan bersama dengan pajak kendaraan.

Abstract

Setiap pemilik rumah yang suka travelling membutuhkan sebuah sistem keamanan yang dapat memantau dan mengatur keadaan rumahnya pada saat mereka pergi. Oleh karena itu, sebuah sistem kendali terpadu jarak jauh yang dapat diakses melalui media nirkabel dengan tampilan berbasis website sangat tepat dibuat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut.Perancangan sistem pemantau dibuat menggunakan webcam, kemudian pada sistem kendali digunakan motor servo dan relay. Semuanya terintegrasi dengan sebuah webserver yang dibangun dengan sebuah mikro komputer Raspberry Pi 2 model B. Dengan menggunakan GPIO (General Purpose input output) pada Raspberry Pi, memungkinkan tercipta suatu sistem kontrol terpadu untuk memantau rumah sebagai CCTV, menggerakkan motor servo, dan menghidupkan atau mematikan perangkat elektronika secara nirkabel yang aman, efektif dan efisien.Dari hasil pengujian, didapatkan program live streaming webcam pada halaman aplikasi, pengendalian arah webcam melalui web, dan pengendalian kontrol on-off piranti elektronik berupa LED melalui web memiliki tingkat keberhasilan 100% dari 10 kali percobaan.

Abstract

The development in technology, especially in electronic technology. Every technology in many fields of study mostly need electronic device. Even door lock incur-porate electronic technology to junction better.To make electronic key system follow few steps. First, the planning to design electronic and mechanic system of the door lock. Second, design the hardware and drill the PCB, Then assemble the electronic compo-nents. Third, design of the software use algoritm from system. Fourth, flash the assembler program into the IC AT89C51 and set it to hardware, next test the completed system.The result, shows that the system can be applied to the door lock system with time recording access. It uses Real Time Clock (RTC), Line Port Terminal (LPT), IC AT89C51 and handphone siemens M35i as the interface system.
