Abstract

ABSTRAK Dukungan sosial apakah itu dari orang tua, guru, teman, dan masyarakat. Seharusnya dari beberapa aspek dukungan menjadi bagian penting dari upaya menggerakkan siswa melakukan aktivitas fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap aktivitas fisik siswa. Faktor-faktor yang dominan mempengaruhi dukungan sosial dan aktivitas fisik juga diungkap dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian menggunakan metode noneksperimen dengan angket sebagai instrumen utama. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa SMA Negeri VII Surabaya sebanyak 194 orang. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap aktivitas fisik siswa. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dukungan sosial secara berturut-turut adalah dukungan guru, dukungan orang tua, dan dukungan teman sebaya. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi aktivitas fisik siswa secara berturut-turut adalah frekuensi, intensitas, dan waktu. Kata kunci: Dukungan Sosial, Aktivitas Fisik ABSTRACT Social support should be an important part to motivate students to do physical activities. It could be from parents, teachers, friends, and society. This study aims to examine the effect of social support on students physical activity. The dominant factors affecting social support and physical activity were also revealed in this study. This study uses a non-experimental method with questionnaires as the main instrument. The research samples were 194 students of Senior High School VII Surabaya. The data were processed by using regression analysis. The results showed that social support did not significantly influence students physical activity. However, the factors that influence social support are teacher support, parental support, and peer support. Furthermore, the factors that influence students physical activity are frequency, intensity, and time. Keyword: Social Support, Physical Activity

Abstract

Learning is a process of interaction between students and educators and learning resources in a learning environment. PJOK is a place to determine and look for talent in students. Students can determine which sports are mastered. This study used a questionnaire instrument which was then processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study aims to determine the factors that cause burnout and which factors are most dominant in student-athletes at SMA Negeri 15 Surabaya. The research sample was made to fulfil the thesis namely student-athletes at SMA Negeri 15 Surabaya as many as 66 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of analysis and research conducted, social support does not affect burnout, motivation has a significant effect on burnout, reward does not affect burnout, and fatigue has a significant effect on burnout. Based on the results of the F test of social support, motivation, and rewards. and fatigue simultaneously has a significant effect on burnout. Based on the results of the regression test of social support, motivation, and reward. and fatigue to burnout. Motivation has a regression coefficient value that stays away from the number 0, this means that the variables that have the most dominant influence are social support, motivation, and rewards. and burnout are motivational variables.
