Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of customer trust and quality of service on the satisfaction of regular students at University of Darussalam Gontor Female Campus who are customers of Bank Syariah. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was a regular student at University of Darussalam Gontor Female campus as many as 1.760 students using the slovin formula obtained a sample of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used is questionnaire. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the t test value showed that in the customer trust variable there was an influence on customer satisfaction with a value of 15,196 ˃ 1,984, while the service quality variable had an influence on customer satisfaction of 17,550˃1,984. Simultaneously customer trust and service quality affect customer satisfaction by 0,000 ˂ 0.05. In conclusion, this study shows that customer trust and service quality affect bank sharia customer satisfaction.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepercayaan nasabah dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswi reguler Kampus Wanita Universitas Darussalam Gontor yang menjadi nasabah Bank Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa reguler di kampus Putri Universitas Darussalam Gontor sebanyak 1.760 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan rumus slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil nilai uji t menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel kepercayaan pelanggan terdapat pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai sebesar 15,196 1,984, sedangkan variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 17,550˃1,984. Secara simultan kepercayaan pelanggan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,000 0,05. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan nasabah dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah bank syariah.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SD N Experiment 2 because the level of students' creative thinking skills was still considered low. This can be shown that there are still many students who do not dare to express their opinions. The aim of this research was to improve students' creative thinking skills in science learning. This research is in the form of classroom action research with 4 stages, namely: Planning, Implementation, Observation and Reflection carried out in 2 learning cycles consisting of 2 meetings. Obtaining data through observations or observations and scores from evaluation test results. The subjects of this research were 28 students in class 5A of SD N Experiment 2. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there was an increase in students' creative thinking skills from pre-cycle of 25.8% with poor criteria and increased in cycle 1 with a gain of 60.7% with fairly good criteria, and increased again in cycle 2 with a gain of 85.9%. % with very good criteria. By carrying out this classroom action research, it is hoped that it will be able to improve creative thinking skills not only in science learning but also in learning other subjects.

Abstract

The city of Bukittinggi is a city with cool air, because it is surrounded by the hills of Singgalang and Merapi, so that the city of Bukittinggi is in great demand by local and foreign tourists. This is because the city of Bukittinggi has interesting tourist attractions. However, for tourists who come to the city of Bukittinggi, several problems arise. And, of course, tourists don't know the area they are visiting. But finding the location of a tourist attraction is certainly a difficult thing to do without knowing the ins and outs of the place to be visited. Meanwhile, according to the latest data collected, there are 10 tourist attractions spread across the city of Bukittinggi. Why less? Considering that the City of Bukittinggi is a small city so that tourists only know the clock time, the Tourism Geographic Information System for the City of Bukittinggi based on a mobile website is expected to be able to overcome this problem. In this system, the user only needs to open a mobile website-based geographic information system online, and the system will display the nearest tourist location that can be reached by the user, so that the user can quickly find the tourist location. Based on the geographic location shown on the map.
