Abstract

SMP Negeri 10 Pekanbaru setiap tahunnya melakukan pemilihan Ketua OSIS. Proses pemilihan Ketua OSIS SMP Negeri 10 Pekanbaru dilakukan dengan cara voting oleh seluruh siswa secara langsung. Namun voting yang dilakukan masih secara konvensional yaitu pemilihan masih menggunakan kertas sebagai sarana untuk pemilih menentukan pilihannya dan dalam perhitungan suara hasil pemilihan juga dilakukan secara manual, sehingga akan memerlukan biaya yang besar dan waktu yang cukup lama untuk mengetahui hasilnya. Pemanfaatan sistem e-voting, merupakan solusi yang diberikan penulis untuk meyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Pada tahap analisa dan perancangan penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan Object Oriented  Analysis  and  Design (OOAD). Sedangkan pemodelan sistem menggunakan pendekatan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapankan dapat menyelesaikan masalah-masalah tentang proses pemilihan Ketua OSIS SMP Negeri 10 Pekanbaru sehingga dapat dilaksanakan secara efektif, efisien, cepat dan transparan

Abstract

Increasing patient satisfaction in this case, especially Puskesmas as the government agency that provides health services for the community, will certainly have an impact on the quality of service from the Puskesmas Itself. One of them with an efficient queuing system. A good queue will support regularity in an agency. Previously, analysis and calculation of queuing time had been carried out using the Kolgomorov-Smirnov compatibility test at the Puskesmas Siak Hulu I Kabupaten Kampar- Riau, and the results obtained an average of six working hours of patient care. This research is a pilot project that was carried out as a form of increasing effectiveness and efficiency in Puskesmas. The research has been completed and the results are the basis for this research and further research. The purpose of the current research is to make an online queuing system design, where later the results of this design are used to create a web-based online queuing system. The design is adapted to the existing queuing model at the Puskesmas, namely the Sigle Channel-Multi Steps queuing model. System development using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) consisting of, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. The design phase is carried out in three stages, namely conceptual modeling, database design, and interface design. The design starts from making the proposed Rich-Picture, then carries out the predetermined design stages. With this design, it is hoped that in the future it will facilitate the process of developing a web-based online queuing system.

Abstract

Some countries conduct speech research using accents. One language that has a different accent is English. English is an international language that is often used to communicate with citizens of other countries. For beginner, many difficulty to translate English with accent, include malay accent. This study performs speech recognition using English and Riau Malay accents. This research use Google Recognizer to cut words in sentences, Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficient for feature extraction, and Hidden Markov Model for classification. The accuracy of this research is 94.02%.

Abstract

Abstract: Improvement in service quality will be directly proportional to customer satisfaction. One form of improving the quality of services provided by a Government Institution engaged in the Health sector, namely the Health Center is an effective and efficient queue. This research is a follow-up research where previously an analysis and design of an online queuing system has been carried out. This study aims to make it easier for patients to take queue numbers in advance through the queue website, and patients can come based on a predetermined estimated time. This of course can minimize patient waiting time and also prevent the accumulation of patients in the waiting room of the puskesmas. Single Channel Multi Steps is one of four types of queues and is the type of queue currently running at the Siak Hulu I Kampar-Riau Health Center, while the Model View Controller (MVC) was chosen because it is a feature that makes it easy to create a Web-based application.

Abstract

Creative and inspiring rules are competencies in independent learning. The Merdeka curriculum needs to integrate digital literacy into learning. digital literacy is important especially for students who attend the special school in order to have the ability to understand and implement digital literacy-based learning processes. To develop digital literacy in SLB, a digital literacy learning design is needed. In Riau Province, there is no special school education unit that has a digital literacy-based curriculum, based on interviews with supervisors and the head of the Riau special school principals association. Based on this description, the research team felt it was important to develop digital literacy-based learning in SLB. The aim to be achieved through this research is the preparation of a learning design that can be implemented in special school education units. The research methodology used is a research and development with  research stages: exploratory study, FGD exploratory study, drafting of the model, conceptual and operational testing of the model, and developing a digital literacy-based curriculum. The results of the study are in the form of a learning design that includes a digital literacy learning framework and a learning development formula for the digital literacy curriculum. It can be concluded that there is a significant difference in teacher knowledge between before and after following the digital literacy-based curriculum model of 0.892 (89.2%) at α = 0.05.

Abstract

Dalam era digital, penguasaan teknologi menjadi keterampilan penting bagi siswa kejuruan, terutama dalam pengembangan aplikasi mobile. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru dalam pengembangan aplikasi mobile berbasis framework IONIC. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini mencakup pendekatan blended learning, yang mengombinasikan teori dan praktik langsung dalam membangun aplikasi lintas platform. Evaluasi program dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep dasar pengembangan aplikasi mobile serta kepercayaan diri siswa dalam mengimplementasikan proyek berbasis IONIC. Program ini berkontribusi dalam memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa serta mempersiapkan mereka untuk kebutuhan industri teknologi yang terus berkembang.
