<![CDATA[Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi habitus pegiat, ranah pegiat, modal pegiat maupun masyarakat kaitannya dengan relasi pemberdayaan. Mendiskripsikan praktik pemberdayaan perempuan desa rentan kekerasan melalui layanan berbasis komunitas oleh LSM Women?s Crisis Center di Jombang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnometodologi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh WCC Jombang mengembangkan habitus tidak menyalahkan korban dengan ranah layanan berbasis komunitas. Modal sosial dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan diwujudkan kedalam empat praktik: 1) Menentukan aktor yang dominan. 2) Melakukan upaya pendekatan terhadap aktor maupun anggota komunitas. 3) Melakukan diskusi Jumat Bersih. 4) Monitoring. Kata Kunci :Habitus, Pemberdayaan Perempuan, LBK Abstract The purpose of this study is to identify the habitus of activists, the realm of activists, the capital of activists and communities in relation to empowerment relations. Describe the practice of empowering rural women vulnerable to violence through community-based services by the NGO Women?s Crisis Center in Jombang. The research method used is qualitative with ethnometodology approach. The results of the research obtained by WCC Jombang to develop habitus did not blame victims with the realm of community-based services. Social capital in empowerment activities is manifested into four practices: 1) Determine the dominant actor. 2) Make an effort to approach the actors and members of the community. 3) Conduct a Clean Friday discussion. 4) Monitoring.
