Abstract

Social Assistance (BanSos) is a government program intended for lower-middle families. Social assistance is assistance given to the community, especially the lower middle class, which is not continuous and selective. Many types of social assistance are provided by the government with the aim of prospering and helping the community's economy. However, the problem that occurs is that there are still many people who receive social assistance that are not people who deserve to receive social assistance, while the lower middle class who should receive social assistance are neglected and do not receive the social assistance. It should be for the distributor or the kelurahan to form groups for residents who are entitled to receive social assistance. The process of grouping the recipients of social assistance can be done by processing the data of residents who have the right to receive the social assistance. The data processing can be done by using data mining. One of the algorithms that can be used to solve problems in data mining is the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. After carrying out the overall process with a value of K = 5, it was found that the new data from residents was declared eligible to receive social assistance

Abstract

In the process of carrying out academic activities in every university, it is inseparable from the existence of tendik. In college, the head of the laboratory is in charge of ensuring the implementation of the use of the laboratory in supporting the ongoing learning process. The head of the laboratory is in charge of regulating work mechanisms and procedures in the laboratory unit. The importance of the role of the head of laboratory for tertiary institutions requires universities to have a head of laboratory in accordance with the implementation of the tasks and responsibilities given. The selection of the head of the laboratory is not only done based on the length of work at the tertiary institution, but also must be seen from the knowledge, abilities, expertise, decision making and competency certificates possessed. Therefore, we need a way to help solve problems, especially by using a computerized system. Decision support system is a computerized information system. Decision support systems are widely used for corporate organizations to solve problems in the process of making or supporting decisions. The results obtained from the application of the MOORA Method are that alternative A1 was chosen to be the head of the laboratory with a final score of 0.48

Abstract

Pelatihan Analisis dan Perancangan Sistem Informasi telah diselenggarakan bagi Mahasiswa STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma. Terdapat kesenjangan antara teori yang diajarkan di kelas dan keterampilan praktis yang dibutuhkan di dunia kerja, yang menyebabkan banyak mahasiswa merasa kurang siap menghadapi tantangan nyata. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan yang difokuskan pada analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi diharapkan dapat mengatasi kesenjangan dengan memberikan pengalaman langsung dengan tujuan mempersiapkan mahasiswa STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma agar lebih kompetitif di dunia kerja. Pelatihan ini menerapkan motode yang terdiri dari 3 (tiga) tahapan yaitu : persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap persiapan Unit PIKP STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma yang bertanggung jawab penuh untuk mengkoordinasikan proses pendaftaran dan penyebaran informasi. Pada tahap pelaksanaan materi yang disampaikan selama pelatihan berfokus pada penggunaan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan aplikasi Rational Rose. Peserta pelatihan, yang terdiri dari 8 mahasiswa semester akhir, diwajibkan untuk menyelesaikan dan mempraktekkan langsung membuat perancangan sistem sesuai dengan contoh kasus dan final project yang diberikan. Hasil evaluasi dinilai dari aspek kehadiran 30%, submisi tugas pertemuan 30% dan final project 40%. Rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh mahasiswa dari hasil evaluasi adalah 84.5 dengan keterangan baik sekali. Kendala yang dihadapi selama pelatihan adalah keterbatasan ruangan yang kurang mampu menampung peserta yang cukup banyak. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan keterampilan dan kompetensi dalam menganalisis dan merancang sistem informasi yang dibutuhkan di dunia industri kerja.

Abstract

Extreme Learning Machine and Backpropagation Algorithms are used in this study to find out which algorithm is most suitable for knowing student academic achievement. The data about students are explored to get a pattern so that the characteristics of new students can be known every year. The evaluation process of this study uses confusion matrix for the introduction of correctly recognized data and unknown data. Comparison of this algorithm uses student data at the beginning of the lecture as early detection of students who have problems with academics to be anticipated. The variables used are the value of the entrance examination for new students, the first grade IP value, Gender, and Working Status, while the output variable is the quality value as a classification of academic performance. The results of this study state that the Extreme Learning Machine algorithm has a 14.84% error rate lower than Backpropagation 28.20%. From the model testing stage, the most accurate result is the Extreme Learning Machine algorithm because it has the highest accuracy and the lowest error rate.

Abstract

This research is titled Monitoring System of Higher Education Graduates in Entering the World of Work Using Tracer Study. The problem raised in this study is that the BKK (Bursa Kerja Khusus) STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda get information about the performance of STMIK graduate students Widya Cipta Dharma, analyze graduate data to obtain the relevance of the competency of STMIK graduates Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, change the old system into a system that new. The purpose of this research is to provide information and reports on the results of tracer study data collection from alumni of STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda. Data collection methods used are literature study, field studies. The system development method used is the waterfall method. Informatic System of Alumnus Record Tracer Study Based Website of STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda is a computer-based system that was built with the aim of processing the alumnus search to find out the description of the profile, performance, and distribution of work location of the alumnus. Informatic System of Alumnus Record Tracer Study Based Website of STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda is expected to help assist the BKK (Bursa Kerja Khusus) in recording alumnus and record the track record of alumnus scattered in serveral areas.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan menciptakan sebuah permainan edukatif yang memperkenalkan warisan budaya Nusantara kepada generasi muda dengan cara yang interaktif dan menarik. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi, permainan ini diharapkan menjadi sarana pembelajaran yang efisien untuk memperkenalkan kekayaan budaya Indonesia, seperti rumah tradisional, busana khas, tarian lokal, dan instrumen musik unik dari berbagai wilayah. Dengan cara ini, permainan ini tidak hanya menawarkan kesenangan, tetapi juga berperan dalam menjaga warisan budaya bangsa. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pengembangan permainan ini adalah model pengembangan multimedia dengan mengintegrasikan dua pendekatan utama, yaitu Forward Chaining dan Metode Kongruen Linear (LCM). Forward Chaining diterapkan sebagai mekanisme penalaran dalam pengambilan keputusan yang berbasis pada aturan untuk menentukan arah permainan dankonten edukasi yang disesuaikan dengan respons pengguna. Sementara itu, LCM digunakan untuk menghasilkan angka acak semu dalam sistem kuis, dengan tujuan meningkatkan variasi soal dan pilihan jawaban, sehingga menciptakan pengalaman bermain yang dinamis dan bukan monoton. Hasil penerapan menunjukkan bahwa permainan edukasi ini dapat meningkatkan ketertarikan belajar pengguna terhadap materi budaya lokal, berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap sekelompok responden siswa sekolah dasar. Permainan ini juga menunjukkan kinerja yang bagus dari segi teknis, dengan tampilan antarmuka yang ramah pengguna dan mekanisme permainan yang mudah dimengerti. Sebagai kesimpulan, dapat diketahui bahwa perpaduan antara metode Forward Chaining dan Linear Congruent Method efektif dalam mendukung pengembangan permainan edukatif yang berlandaskan budaya Nusantara.

Abstract

Financial management in GKII Muara Asa Church has traditionally been conducted manually using physical books and spreadsheets, making it prone to recording errors, reporting delays, and lack of transparency for church members. To address these issues, a web-based Financial Information System (FIS) website was developed to facilitate transaction input, digital data storage, real-time financial reporting, and information access for members. The system was built using the Waterfall model of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. Technologies used include Laravel as the backend, MySQL for database management, and Bootstrap for frontend development. Functional testing showed that all core features such as login, transaction input, data search, and backup operate as expected with an average response time under 2 seconds. The implementation proves that the system successfully improves efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in church financial management.
