Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning dalam mata pelajaran IPA kelas IV materi peranan sumber daya alam terhadap lingkungan, serta melihat pengaruh pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian menggunakan quasi-experimental design tipe Nonequivalent Sampled Group Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan pembelajaran mengunakan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning sudah terlaksana baik dengan prosentase lebih dari 80%. Hasil uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung -2,138 < t tabel -2,002. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning, hasil belajar, IPA.   Abstract The research had a purpose to describe the implementation of Contextual Teaching and Learning approach in science subject of fourth grade with the material about the role of nature resource to the environment. This research also proves the effect of Contextual Teaching and Learning approach to the learning result. This research is based quasi-experimental design that uses Nonequivalent sampled group design. The result of the research shows that implemented learning that is applying Contextual Teaching and Learning has been implemented well with the percentage more than 100%. Based on t-test, the researcher get the result that t count -2,138 < t table -2,002. The conclusion is the application of Contextual Teaching and Learning approach give a significant effect to the learning results.
