Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan proses pengembangan, menghasilkan produk buku suplemen memerankan teks cerita petualangan, dan memaparkan implementasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Penelitian dan Pengembangan yang mengacu pada model 4-D. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosedur pengembangan buku suplemen dilakukan dalam empat tahap. Produk buku suplemen memerankan teks cerita petualangan dikatakan berkualitas karena telah memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif. Kevalidan buku suplemen memeroleh rata-rata sebesar 100% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Kepraktisan buku suplemen memeroleh rata-rata keterlaksanaan sebesar 100% dan ketercapaian sebesar 89 dengan kriteria sangat baik.. Keefektifan produk memeroleh rata-rata 99,32% dari hasil tanggapan siswa dan hasil belajar siswa meningkat setelah menggunakan suplemen. Hal ini digambarkan dari hasil t hitung pada uji coba II (25,66) > t hitung pada uji coba I (19,28) dan masing-masing t hitung lebih besar daripada t tabel yaitu 25,66>2,045 dan 19,28>2,262. Implementasi penggunaan produk dikategorikan sangat baik dengan persentase keterlaksanaan sebesar 100% dan skor ketercapaian sebesar 89. Kata Kunci: buku suplemen, memerankan teks cerita, cerita petualangan. Abstract This research purposed to explain the procedures of development, produce a qualified book of supplement in reacting adventure texts, and explain its implementation. This research used the methods of Research and Development which refers to the Four-D model. The results showed that the procedures in developing supplement book were done in four steps. The product of supplement book in reacting adventure texts has quality because it has met the criteria that is valid, practical and effective. The validity of supplement book reached 100% of the average precentage with the very good criteria. Practicality of the book reached 100% average scores of the implementation and 89% of the learning achievement with the very good criteria. The effectiveness of the products categorized in very strong criteria with the precentage of the students’ responses reached 99,32% and the students’ learning result increased significantly after using the supplement book.  It is described from t-count from experiment II (25,66) > t-count from experiment I (19,28) and each t-count bigger than t-tabel that is 25,66>2,045 and 19,28>2,262. The implementation of product used was categorized in very good with the precentago of the implementation reach 100% and 89 of achievement score.  Keywords: supplement book, reacting a story, and adventure texts.
