Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan antara lain (1) perencanaan penerimaan peserta didik di MAN 1 Gresik dan sub fokusnya yaitu: kebijakan penerimaan peserta didik, system penerimaan peserta didik. (2) pelaksanaan pembinaan peserta didik di MAN 1 Gresik dan sub fokusnya yaitu: pembinaan disiplin peserta didik, pembinaan dan pengembangan peserta didik. (3) kompetensi luluan peserta didik di MAN 1 Gresik. Focus penelitian dalam penelitian ini Adalahsebagai berikut (1) perencanaan penerimaan peserta didik di MAN 1 Gresik dan sub fokusnya yaitu: kebijakan penerimaan peserta didik, system penerimaan peserta didik. (2) pelaksanaan pembinaan peserta didik di MAN 1 Gresik dan sub fokusnya yaitu: pembinaan disiplin peserta didik, pembinaan dan pengembangan peserta didik. (3) kompetensi luluan peserta didik di MAN 1 Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualittaif dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitataif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan Adela (1) wawancara, (2) observasi, dan (3) studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, (3) penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menjamin keabsahan data yaitu (1) kredibilitas, (2) transferabilitas, (3) dependabilitas, (4) konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pertama, kebijakan penerimaan peserta didik baru disesuaikan dengan kondisi setiap tahunnya dan system penerimaan peserta didik menggunakan sisitem seleksi. Kedua memebreikan buku saku tata tertib siswa yang didalamnya terdapat sisitem point pelanggaran dan terdapat kelas ketrampilan, setiap siswa wajib mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Ketiga standart kompetensi lulusan terdiri dari sikap, pengetahuan, serta ketrampilan. Kata kunci: perencanaan penerimaan peserta didik, pembinaan, dan kompetensi lulusan PUPIL MANAGEMENT IN CREATING GRADUATE COMPETENCIES IN STATE ISLAMIC HIGH SCHOOL I GRESIK Abstract:The aim of this research is to find out and explain : (1) students acceptance scheme in State Islamic High School I Gresik and its sub-focuses, which are : students acceptance policies, and students acceptance system (2)students education implementation in State Islamic High School I Gresik and its sub-focuses, which are : students disciplinary education, and students education and development (3) State Islamic High School I Gresik graduate competencies.The focus of this research is as follows :(1) students acceptance scheme in State Islamic High School I Gresik and its sub-focuses, which are : students acceptance policies, and students acceptance system (2) students education implementation in State Islamic High School I Gresik and its sub-focuses, which are : students disciplinary education, and students education and development (3) State Islamic High School I Gresik graduate competencies. This research was carried out by using qualitative research approach with qualitative descriptive research scheme. The data collection methods used in this research were (1) interview (2) observation and (3) documents study. The analysis methods used were (1) data reduction (2) data presentation and (3) data conclusion. In order to ensure data validity, the following methods were used (1) credibility (2) transferability (3) dependability and (4) conformability.From the results, the following can be concluded. (1) The new students acceptance policies are adapted to the conditions in each year and the new students acceptance system was performed by using the selection system. (2) Each new student is given a pocket sized book that contains laws and regulations that must be followed in school, including rules infringement points. In the book, it also stated the different extracurricular activities offered by the school, in which each student must take part in. (3) Competency standards of the graduates consist of attitude, knowledge and skills. Keywords : students acceptance scheme, education and graduate competencies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi Radio Pesona sebagai media dakwah Islam di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris Samarinda (UINSI) Samarinda. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Radio Pesona memiliki peran signifikan dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan keislaman secara kontekstual, edukatif, dan komunikatif. Mahasiswa sebagai pendengar aktif mengapresiasi isi siaran yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari, seperti dinamika pergaulan, motivasi belajar, dan tantangan spiritual. Gaya penyampaian yang interaktif, serta penggunaan bahasa yang sederhana, membuat pesan dakwah mudah dipahami dan diterima. Selain itu, keterlibatan tim siaran yang solid serta strategi evaluasi yang berkelanjutan menjadi faktor penting dalam keberhasilan Radio Pesona sebagai media dakwah kampus yang inspiratif, adaptif, dan responsif terhadap perkembangan zaman. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa radio, sebagai media tradisional, tetap memiliki potensi besar dalam membentuk kesadaran spiritual mahasiswa jika dikelola dengan pendekatan yang tepat.

Abstract

Islamic religious education at Nurul Anwar Islamic Middle School helps students improve their spiritual intelligence in several ways, one of which is by incorporating religious culture into the classroom, as this study shows. The Pai curriculum at Nurul Anwar Islamic Middle School places a strong focus on spiritual harmony, which increases the capacity to instill moral values based on three important and interconnected Islamic principles: faith, Islam, and ihsan. This study aims to determine various aspects of spiritual intelligence (SQ) in PAI education and how it relates to contemporary Islamic education. This research uses a certain type of field research, or field research that uses descriptive research methods. qualitative. Primary data and secondary data are two different categories of data sources. While data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation.
