Abstract

Peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat bukan tanggung jawab pemerintah semata, akan tetapidiperlukan partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat khususnya kalangan akademisi. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakandengan tujuan untuk membantu mencari alternatif tambahan penghasilan warga kampung Palangpang, yang mayoritas penduduknya berprofesi sebagai nelayan dan petani. Meskipun kampung ini berada didekat pantai dan perekonomian masyarakatnya tergantung dari hasil laut, akan tetapi sebagai masyarakatada yang tertarik untuk mempelajari budi daya ikan air tawar seperti lele sebagai usaha mencaritambahan pendapatan keluarga. Pemanfaatan pekarangan penduduk untuk membudidayakan lele dengan menggunakan kolamterpal bulat, pemberian pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang pengaturan air kolam, pemilihan benih lele,pemilihan pakan, pengelolaan air, dan pemasaran walaupun belum signifikan tetapi telah membantuperekonomian sebagian masyarakat di kampung Palangpang. Panen dilakukan setelah masa pemeliharaan3 bulan, dan berdasarkan perhitungan rata-rata pendapatan sehari-hari menunjukkan peningkatan dari yang asalnya Rp.30.000,- menjadi Rp. 35.000,-. Kesimpulannya, bahwa budidaya ikan lele dapat menjadisalah satu alternatif peningkatan kesejahteraan warga melalui pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan sebagai wujud program pengabdian masyarakat (KKN-T) mahasiswa dalam bentuk usaha meningkatkan literasi membaca anak-anak di Desa. Program pengabdian masyarakat yang diselenggarakan oleh Universitas Islam Raden Rahmat (UNIRA) Malang dengan motto “Membangun Indonesia Dari Desa, Dari Desa Kita Berkarya”. UNIRA Malang ingin memajukan Indonesia dengan meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat desa. Program ini dilakukan selama 30 hari mulai 10 Januari hingga 10 Februari 2022 di Desa Palaan, Kecamatan Ngajum, Kabupaten Malang. Program ini mencoba untuk menyelesaikan beberapa permasalahan masyarakat dalam aspek pendidikan anak, seperti berkurangnya minat membaca dikarenakan efek dari gempuran teknologi berupa android yang lebih digemari anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah berupa pendekatan kepada masyarakat. Diharapkan dengan adanya pemberdayaan Rumah Baca “Pelangi” di Desa Palaan dapat meningkatkan literasi membaca anak-anak Desa Palaan. Hasil atau luaran dari program ini adalah terealisasinya Rumah Baca “Pelangi” yang menyenangkan dan nyaman bagi anak-anak Desa Palaan dalam meningkatkan minat literasi membaca mereka. Kata kunci : Literasi Membaca, Rumah Baca, Pendidikan Anak.

Abstract

The covid- 19 pandemic that has swept across the globe including Indonesia is now a serious problem and must be given immediate solutions in a normal new age society immediate solutions in a normal new age society would have been much more protective by applying the physical of chisels or by continuing the health protocols promoted by governments as well as by building a return to the habit of washing hands and wearing masks. One of the vegetable markets in the repay village of Bantur district is one of the many places through which communities will have a high risk of growing the virus. The objective of this enhancement is the distribution of masks and the use of hand sanitiums to revive the community community to maintain health protocol. Wearing masks and hand washing with soap diligently is one way to prevent the spread of virus in the saffron village’s saffron, the reflexively germination of research using a qualitative method with an approach to literature. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principals' change leadership on the effectiveness of online-based learning with teacher work commitment and teacher attitudes towards change as mediator variables, which were approached quantitatively. The population in this study were principals and teachers of public elementary schools, with a total sample of 378 respondents. The analytical technique used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM), with the help of the Amos 24.0 program. The results of the study show that the principals' change leadership has a direct effect on the effectiveness of online-based learning, as well as an indirect effect through teacher work commitment and teacher attitudes towards change. This research contributes both theoretically and practically, where the change leadership demonstrated by the principal can ideally encourage teacher work commitment and teacher attitudes towards change, which in turn can promote the effectiveness of the implementation of online learning, as an effort to meet the learning needs of students.

Abstract

All levels of education must transform to adapt through digital learning. Elementary schools become educational institutions that develop curricula and educational processes to build and develop a new culture towards a multicultural society. Multicultural education has now been integrated with the subject matter contained in the 2013 curriculum. The purpose of this research is to explore post-covid-19 pandemic learning designs based on digital learning in the 2013 curriculum. The research method used is a qualitative case study. The results showed that the implementation of multiculturalism education during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out with four activity programs, namely: 1) entrepreneurial leadership programs, 2) content-oriented programs, 3) student-oriented programs, and 4) social-oriented programs.

Abstract

Lengkong District Office of Bandung City as the implementing element of the Regional Government Policy in Bandung in terms of implementing services directly to the community. Optimization of job satisfaction is also related to the new Bandung City regional regulations relating to compensation or benefits for improving the performance of each employee, so that the implementation of a government performance is able to provide service to stakeholders and the community in a prime and transparent and accountable manner. But in reality there is job satisfaction for employees of the Lengkong District Office in Bandung City is still not optimal when viewed from the main tasks and functions that are the responsibility. This is evidenced by the finding of conditions regarding the implementation of training programs that are structural and functional in nature that have not been optimally implemented and competencies that are not according to their abilities. The purpose of this study is to describe training, competence, and job satisfaction and analyze the effect of training and competency on employee job satisfaction. The method used is descriptive survey method and explanatory survey. The type of investigation in this study is causality. The unit of analysis of employees of the Lengkong District Office in Bandung City with a population of 32 employees. Time horizon in this study is cross sectional and the analytical method used is frequency distribution and path analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be found that the implementation of the training is quite in accordance with the needs of the organization. the competencies of the employees are quite appropriate. Training and competencies jointly affect employee job satisfaction, but when viewed partially, it turns out that training has a more dominant influence on employee job satisfaction than competence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze: Marketing Mix on Satisfaction and its implications on Visitor Loyalty a visitor survey in Alamendah Tourism Village, Rancabali District, Bandung Regency, both simultaneously and partially.The research methods used in this study are descriptive and verifiative methods, the unit of analysis in this study is the visitors in Tourism Village A; Amendqah Rancabali District, Bandung Regency with a sample of 30 people. And the analysis methods used are quantitative analysis and path analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the marketing mix on satisfaction and its implications on visitor loyalty visitor surveys in Alamendah Tourism Village, Bandung Regency in general can be said to be good, the marketing mix in Alamendah Tourism Village, Bandung Regency is currently considered good. The marketing mix simultaneously affects visitor satisfaction in Alamendah Tourism Village, Bandung Regency. However, partial visitor satisfaction predominantly affects customer loyalty.Because satisfaction predominantly affects visitor loyalty, being the first priority in improving the marketing mix in Alamendah Tourism Village, Bandung Regency is expected to consistently maintain existing conditions, thereby increasing the quality of comprehensive visits/tourists.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan membahas pengaruh disiplin kerja dan komitmen pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kecamatan Jatinangor Kabupaten Sumedang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Dimana Metode deskriptif digunakan untuk mendiskripsikan atau menguraikan permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan pertanyaan terhadap variabel mandiri yaitu mendiskripsikan good corporate governance dan profabilitas. Sedangkan analisis verifikatif adalah analisis model dan pembuktian yang berguna untuk mencari kebenaran dari hipotesis yang di ajukan. Hasil Penelitian diperoleh adanya pengaruh positif disiplin kerja dan komitmen pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai,diketahui bahwa ternyata kontribusi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap komitmen kerja pegawai lebih besar bila dibandingkan dengan kontribusi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji perencanaan anggaran dan realisasi anggaran Universitas Padjadjaran Bandung dari tahun 2016 hingga 2020 untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelaksanaan anggaran secara parsial dan simultan. Metode time series digunakan dengan unit analisis Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Tahunan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan anggaran dan realisasi anggaran selama periode tersebut dinilai baik, serta efektivitas pelaksanaan anggaran juga sangat efektif. Secara parsial, realisasi anggaran lebih dominan mempengaruhi efektivitas pelaksanaan anggaran daripada perencanaan anggaran. Koefisien determinasi (R square) dari model regresi tersebut adalah 0,419 atau 41,9%. Ini berarti sebesar 41,9% variansi efektivitas pelaksanaan anggaran dapat dijelaskan oleh perencanaan anggaran dan realisasi anggaran. Sisanya, sebesar 58,1% variansi tersebut dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya pengelolaan realisasi anggaran yang baik untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelaksanaan anggaran di masa mendatang. Rekomendasi untuk Universitas Padjadjaran adalah meningkatkan perencanaan anggaran guna memperkuat efektivitas pelaksanaan anggaran yang telah terbukti berhasil

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan, (2) Komunikasi Interpersonal, (3) Kinerja Pegawai, serta (4) Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kecamatan Solokanjeruk Kabupaten Bandung, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei deskriptif dan eksplanatori dengan sampel 56 pegawai. Penelitian ini bersifat kausalitas dengan pendekatan waktu cross-sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi Interpersonal, dan Kinerja Pegawai di Kecamatan Solokanjeruk Kabupaten Bandung berada pada kategori baik. Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi Interpersonal secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Namun, secara parsial, Komunikasi Interpersonal memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dibandingkan Gaya Kepemimpinan. Karena Komunikasi Interpersonal lebih dominan mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai, maka disarankan agar pegawai di Kecamatan Solokanjeruk Kabupaten Bandung terus meningkatkan komunikasi yang baik dalam organisasi untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme kerja.
