Abstract

Peserta didik yang aktif, kreatif, dan mampu mengembangkan potensi dirinya masih belum banyak. Hal ini akan memengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar akidah akhlak pada materi akhlak terpuji kelas XI SMA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Action Research) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif komparatif dan deskriptif komunikatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Model Pembelajaran Index Card Match dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik sebesar 11,21% dari pra siklus ke siklus I dan 11,52 % dari siklus I ke siklus II. Penerapan model pembelajaran Index Card Match juga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dengan peningkatan sebesar 21,21% dari pra siklus ke siklus I dan 12,12% dari siklus I ke siklus II dengan kategori tinggi. Model Pembelajaran Index Card Match dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Diharapkan temuan ini dapat disosialisasikan pada teman sejawat dalam satu rumpun bidang studi, teman satu madrasah, atau dalam MGMP Akidah Akhlak.

Abstract

Carrots contain antioxidant catheronoids which can neutralize free radicals so that hypertension can be prevented. The aim of this research is to determine the effect before and after administering carrot juice on reducing blood pressure in pregnant women whose gestational age is over 20 weeks at the Jumpandang Baru Community Health Center. This research uses Pre-Experimental with the One Group Pretest-Posttest method. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. There were 30 samples of respondents in this study, all of whom were treated with carrot juice to pregnant women. The results of research using the T pairedet test where the value ρ = .000 < α = 0.05, there is an effect of giving carrot juice on reducing blood pressure in pregnant women at the Jumpandang Baru Community Health Center in 2024. The conclusion is that there is an effect of giving carrot juice on reducing blood pressure in pregnant women at the Jumpandang Baru Community Health Center in 2024.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the activities and learning outcomes of Arabic in the At-Ta'aruf Bi Nafsi material for grade VII-2 MTsN 8 Aceh Besar students for the 2018/2019 Academic Year. The model used in this class action research is a learning model of exchanging pairs. The subjects of this class action research are students of class VII-2 MTsN 8 Aceh Besar in the 2018/2019 Academic Year. The number of students is 34 students with 19 male students and 15 female students. This class action research was conducted in the 2018/2019 academic year. This class action research was carried out within a period of 3 months, from September to November 2018 in odd semesters. The methodology of this study is that classroom action research consists of two cycles and each cycle consists of two meetings. Each cycle consists of planning, execution, observation and reflection. The research procedure consists of pre-research, one-cycle planning, one-cycle action execution, one-cycle observation, one-cycle reflection, two-cycle planning, two-cycle action execution, two-cycle observation and second-cycle reflection. The data collection technique is to collect test scores that are carried out at the end of each learning in each cycle using a question instrument (written test). Observation data is carried out by looking at the activeness of students in the learning process. The data are analyzed by means of percentage statistics. The results showed that in the pre-cycle 58.82% increased to 70.59% in cycle I and in cycle II to 91.18%. Student learning activities have increased from the enough to good category and the good category increased to excellent. The application of the pair exchange model can improve Arabic learning activities and outcomes in the At-Tarif Bin Nafsi material for grade VII-2 MTsN 8 Aceh Besar Academic Year 2018/2019.

Abstract

Nyeri punggung ibu hamil disebabkan oleh perubahan pusat gravitasi dan postur tubuh. Jika tidak diatasi bisa menjadi kronis dan sulit diobat. Prenatal yoga merupakan modifikasi dari yoga klasik yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi ketidaknyamanan selama kehamilan menjadi alternative terapi non-farmakologis.Tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yoga prenatal terhadap nyeri punggung pada ibu hamil. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kuasi-eksperimental, khususnya desain pretest-posttest kelompok tunggal.Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon dan Paired T Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji Wilcoxon memperoleh nilai signifikan pada kelompok Jahe pretest-posttest dengan p-value 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti hipotesis nol ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif diterima, menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yoga prenatal terhadap nyeri punggung ibu hamil.Analisis dengan uji Paired T Test menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebelum (2,00) dan sesudah penerapan yoga prenatal (1,17), dengan selisih rata-rata frekuensi sebelum dan sesudah sebesar (0,83). Nilai standar deviasi pada kelompok sebelum adalah (0,000) dan setelah adalah (0,379).Kesimpulan penerapan yoga prenatal sangat efektif dalam mengurangi nyeri punggung pada ibu hamil
