Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of loyalty of FEUKI students to use Indosat IM3 products, and to know the attributes/factors that lead to these customers loyalty to IM3 products. Source of data used is derived from primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to eighty-eight of the respondents who have used at least a year IM3 Indosat continuously. The methods used are using the qualitative analysis techniques Fishbein and Likert scale. The conclusion can be drawn from the fishbien analysis, where the results showed that the students' attitude FEUKI as customer responses to a product that is worth 243.24 Indosat IM3 in the category quite satisfied, with a percentage of 77.44%. students have shown loyalty to Indosat IM3 products. The level of loyalty are the majority (90.1%) high loyalty. Attributes that affect customer loyalty are in quadrant II in the Cartesian diagram. The indicators referral is an attribute/dominant factor affecting the loyal attitude of the students.Keywords : customer loyalty, products, fishbien analysis

Abstract

University is a business engaged in services. Factors that may affect student satisfaction in using the services of a university is the facility. Facilites are physical resources that must exist before a service can be offered to consumers. The next factor affecting student satisfaction is a lecture performance, can not be denied if the student is satisfied with the academic services provided by a lecturer then this can be viewed as a competitive advantage. Lecturer is an important component in service to the students because the university lecturers who provide direct services to students. This study aims to determine the extent to which the level of student satisfaction and performance of the facility Faculty of Economy & Faculty of Economy lecturer at the Indonesian Christian University and what attributes the cause of student satisfaction and performance facility Faculty of Economy lecturer at the Indonesian Christian University. Source data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires to 82 respondents, namely the Indonesian Christian University students, while secondary data obtained through library research by reading books marketing concepts and other data sources that are still associated with this research.Keywords: satisfaction, importance and performance

Abstract

In the research analysis of satisfaction of students in the christian university of indonesia toward academic information system (ais) service, using a research model that is "Importance and Performance Analysis", using 'Likert' to measure the research variables. The results showed that Indonesian Christian University students were satisfied with the Academic Information System (AIS) service. The attributes that give satisfaction are as follows: AIS information is always updated, AIS provides a menu of academic consultations between students and lecturers of Academic Advisor (PA), AIS provides financial information to find out the number of college bills, AIS displays information about student academic activities and AIS makes it easy for students to the process of making a study plan. Suggestions for Academic Information Systems (AIS) Indonesian Christian University is that AIS looks more communicative, provides more academic information, and displays more accurate data in accordance with the wishes of students.
