Abstract

Pada era ini, kebutuhan informasi semakin penting dan mendesak sepadan dengan arus kemajuan teknologi yang semakin maju. Banyak instansi pemerintah ataupun swasta berskala besar ataupun kecil menggunakan komputer untuk mensupport kegiatan dalam perusahaannnya. Komputer serta aplikasi didalamnya hingga saat ini tidaklah merupakan sesuatu hal yang baru lagi, hampir semua badan usaha yang besar ataupun kecil sudah menggunakan komputer sebagai satu diantara sarana pendukung didalam kegiatan pada instansi tersebut. SMK Boarding School Brebes merupakan sekolah menengah kejuruan swasta yang masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pengolahan data, terutama pada pengolahan data inventaris aset sehingga memperlambat dalam proses pengolahan data dan pengontrolan inventaris aset. Untuk mencari jalan itu maka dirancanglah sistem informasi inventaris aset berbasis java. Dalam pembutan sistem informasi inventaris aset berbasis java metode perancangan yang digunakan ialah Unified Modeling Language (UML). dengan aplikasi NetBeans IDE 7.2, SQL Server 2008 untuk perancangan basis datanya. Dengan digunakannya sistem informasi inventaris aset metode java ini mampu mempersingkat dan mempercepat kinerja staff inventaris serta mampu mengontrol jumlah inventaris aset. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, UML, Java, NetBeans.

Abstract

The health development strategies for 2015-2019 is about improving the availability, affordability, equity and quality of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Since the enactment of national health insurance (JKN) on January 1, 2014, the availability of drug at the public health center become a very important aspect in primary health care services. Drug logistics management is an important aspect that influences accessibility to health services including the availability of essential drugs and vaccines. The aim of this study is to explore the trend of availability indicator drugs and vaccines in public health center for the period of 2016-2017 and drug logistics management factors that can affect the availability. The study was conducted using secondary data analysis. Data were obtained from data on the availability of indicator drugs and vaccines in public health center for the period of 2016-2017. This research is a quantitative study with an analytical observational approach. The Vector Auto Regression(VAR) conducted provides forecasting trends in indicator drugs and vaccines in public health center close to 80%. The 80% figure shows appropriate availability, but there are a number of things that need special attention including planning, procurement, pharmaceutical competency, financing, and management information systems.

Abstract

Background: The use of information technology applied through information systems provides convenience to users, especially shop owners in doing work, not only in the recording of goods but also in the creation of goods data reports. Goods data is an important element in a store that must be managed properly and requires thoroughness so that applications are needed to minimize errors. Aim: It makes it easier the process of recording data of goods that previously still use manual systems. Method: In researching making application systems, the method used is a qualitative method, where the information obtained is sourced from various collections of data analysis and existing theories and then conclusions are drawn to obtain new theories. Findings: The result of this application system is that the collection of goods will be faster and reports of the entry and exit of goods more accurate. The research method used is a qualitative method, where the information obtained is sourced from various data analysis sets and existing theories and then concluded to get a new theory.
