Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has experienced very rapid development, this also affects the services provided by operators in order to support the speed of development of information and communication technology. Information and communication technology cannot be separated from the existence of BTS (base transceiver station) antennas which are a problem, the construction of too many telecommunications tower infrastructure without planning will cause problems that are not good for the spatial planning and beauty of Bogor City. In determining zoning, data is needed from all telecommunications towers standing in Bogor City, then analyzed using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. In order to make it easier to map telecommunications towers, it is combined with GIS (Geographic information system) with the hope that it can be a recommendation for decision making by the Bogor City government. In determining the zoning, namely by taking into account the distance of the tower and data from the coordinate point where the tower stands. Determination of zoning with a range of 5 km each, so that 4 zones are obtained, namely zone-1 at a distance of 5 km for the Central Bogor City sub-district area, zone 2 at a distance of 5.1 km -10 km for the West, East and North Bogor city areas, Zone-3 at a distance of 10.1-15 km for the South Bogor City and Tanah Sareal areas and Zone-4 at a distance above 15.1 km for parts of the South Bogor City and Tanah Sareal areas.

Abstract

Dalam trasmisi digital telah  dikenal Pleosinckronous Didital Hierarchy (PDH), Synchcronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH), adalah sesuai dengan stadart Eropa. PDH merupakan perangkat transmisi yang terinstas selama ini,. Namun transmsisi PDH sangat terbatas dalam hal kapasitas dan kecepatan  transmisinya, sehingga kemunculan  transmisi SDH merupakan solusi dalam mengatasi kapasitas transmisi. Untuk menggelar SDH pada jaringan yang sudah terpasang dengan PDH ada beberapa metode yang perlu di ketahui yaitu Metode Island dan metode Overlay. Metode Islad perangkat SDH diinstal pada level rendah dan menengah, metode ini dapat digunakan pada lokasi baru atau pada lokasi yang menggunakan sistem transmisi PDH yang life time-nya sudah habis. Metode berikutnya adalah metode Overlaymetode ini sistem SDH di instal dalam sebuah jaringan overlay disamping jaringan PDH, metode ini baik untuk digunakan pada kondisi dimana life time perangkat PDH masih lama, sedangkan sudah dibutuhkan sistem SDH untuk mendukung service baru. Kemudian jaringan sistem SDH ini dapat diperluas untuk menuju ke jaringan full SDH. Setelah penggelaran SDH telah selesai, maka perangkat PDH juga masih dapat di pergunakan pada beberapa lokasi di mana lokasi tersebut mempunyai kapasitas yang rendah. Oleh karena itudi perlkan integrasi antara transmisi PDH dan SDH. Dalam integrasi teknologi PDH ke SDH pada sinyal elektrik untuk sinyal pembawa yang digunakan, ada 3 jenis pengintegrasian teknologi SDH dan PDH. Yaitu Integrasi SDH dan PDH 2 Mbit/s (E1), Integrasi SDH dan PDH 34 Mbit/s (E3) dan Integrasi SDH dan PDH 140 Mbit/s (E4) Kata Kunci : Penggelaran Transmisi SDH dan Integrasi ke ODH

Abstract

Currently in Bogor City there are many potential areas that can be used as tourism locations. Tourist locations can also be a source of pride for local residents because they can improve the economy of local residents. By having distinctive cultural heritage characteristics, legendary historical stories to natural potential that has its own appeal, all have an important role in developing the economic welfare of the local community. Supporting factors that cannot be ignored are the infrastructure and comfort offered to support it as a tourist destination. Situ Tunggilis is one of 93 lakes in Bogor Regency, has good tourism potential, but the facilities and infrastructure in Situ Tunggilis are still less than optimal. One of the things that is still an obstacle is access to electrical energy. Therefore, access to electricity must be done immediately to increase the appeal and service to tourists. In meeting the main electricity needs in Situ Tunggilis, one of the efforts put forward is to utilize environmentally friendly New and Renewable Energy (EBT) sources, namely floating Solar Power Plants (PLTS). Based on this feasibility study, it can be concluded that solar energy obtained around Tunggilis can be used as an energy source for floating PLTS. Thus, this study can be applied as an effort to improve sustainable ecotourism facilities and infrastructure in Situ Tunggilis.
