Abstract

Terpusatnya pembangunan ekonomi di perkotaan merupakan permasalahan yang dialami masyarakat Sumatera Selatan, hal ini tidak terlepas dari belum meratanya infrastruktur yang merupakan prasarana dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu wilayah. Penelitian ini berfokus pada peran infrastruktur dalam sumbangsihnya terhadap kelancaran aktifitas produksi yang nantinya akan menaikkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sumatera Selatan tahun 2014 sampai 2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatori dan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan pendekatan model fixed effect sebagai alat analisisnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa variabel independent yakni infrastruktur listrik tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, infrastruktur jalan berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, rumah makan/restoran, dan kantor pos pembantu/cabang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dari hasil ini, mengasumsikan bahwa pembangunan infrastruktur di Sumatera Selatan selama tahun 2014 sampai 2017 belum sepenuhnya efektif dan efisien dalam peningkatannya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.Kata Kunci: Infrastruktur, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Regresi Data Panel, Sumatera Selatan.

Abstract

In the agricultural sector of Central Java, this study examines the relationship between supply chain effectiveness, government policies, infrastructure development, and farmers' income. This study investigates the current status of infrastructure accessibility, government regulations, supply chain dynamics, and income sources through quantitative analyses involving 250 farmers. To verify and examine the correlation between the variables, structural equation modelling with partial least squares, or SEM-PLS, was used. Variations in the level of supply chain efficiency, farmers' attitudes towards government policies, infrastructure quality, and income distribution are shown by descriptive statistics. All proposed hypotheses were supported by the structural model, and the measurement model showed excellent levels of validity and reliability. The results of this study highlight the importance of infrastructure, sensible public policies, and efficient supply chains in increasing farmers' income. There is a discussion of practical consequences and suggestions for stakeholders and policymakers, with a focus on the need for focused action to improve the socio-economic conditions of farmers in Central Java. Although the statistical relationship between these variables is strong, farmers and the government are highly interdependent, so the real implications for the government to improve farmers in Central Java include regulation and distribution similar to other big cities.

Abstract

Abstract: The Indonesian government's rice price policy aims to protect farmers and ensure stable food availability. In practice, the effectiveness of this policy is often questioned, particularly in the context of the maqasid sharia (Islamic principles), which emphasize the welfare of the people. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing the latest data and statistics, as well as relevant case studies. The results indicate that the South Sumatra government's rice price policy has the potential to improve farmer welfare, but its effectiveness still needs to be improved. Furthermore, the South Sumatra government's rice price policy has the potential to fulfill the principles of maqasid sharia, provided it is implemented properly and based on accurate data. This policy should not only focus on increasing prices but also on justice, transparency, and sustainability. Thus, this policy can provide optimal protection for religion, life, intellect, descendants, and property, while improving the overall welfare of farmers.Keywords: effectiveness of government policy; rice price; maqashid syariah. Abstrak : Kebijakan harga gabah yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah Indonesia memiliki tujuan untuk melindungi petani dan memastikan ketersediaan pangan yang stabil. Dalam praktiknya efektivitas kebijakan ini sering dipertanyakan, terutama dalam konteks maqashid syariah yang menekankan pada pencapaian kemaslahatan umat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan data dan statistik terkini serta studi kasus yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan harga gabah pemerintah Sumatera Selatan memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani, akan tetapi efektivitasnya masih perlu ditingkatkan. Selain itu, kebijakan harga gabah pemerintah Sumatera Selatan memiliki potensi untuk memenuhi prinsip-prinsip maqashid syariah, asalkan dilaksanakan dengan baik dan berlandaskan pada data yang akurat. Kebijakan ini tidak hanya harus berfokus pada peningkatan harga, tetapi juga pada keadilan, transparansi, dan keberlanjutan. Dengan demikian, kebijakan ini dapat memberikan perlindungan yang optimal terhadap agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani secara keseluruhan. Kata Kunci : efektifitas kebijakan pemerintah; harga gabah; maqashid syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the operational risk management control system at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KC Belitang. Risk control in banking is very necessary in order to maintain customer trust. Operational risk occurs when there is a failure or malfunction of internal processes, human error, and system failures, or due to external events. The operational risks studied in this study are information and technology (IT) systems, human error and operational risk management systems at Bank Sumatra Babel Syariah KC Belitang. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation on related parties. The results of this study show that the operational management process that occurs at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KC Belitang has shown a good commitment in the process of implementation, management, and control, especially handling human error, but is still weak in the management and control of IT systems.
