Abstract

Determination of market segmentation within a company can not be saparated from the information and data that go through a variety of ways. The management company should have its own compartment undeer departement R & D as a special unit to follow up of various complaints and suggestions relating to improvement of the underlying strategy to the saisfacion of consumer behavior. Intrnet facility with devices supporting the technology enables the development of management information systems. Marketing startegies adopted should be trailored to the company's internal and external conditions, in this case, consumers and other outsiders. This article will discuss about: "Determination of the supporting Segmentation Marketing Strategy For Business Transactions on the Internet".

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the effect of Concurrent Engineering environmental factors and product development performance that measured by overall variablesof financial performance. Using multiple regression to test the effect simultaneously and using simple regression to test the environmental factors of Concurrent Engineering effect on financial performance, operational performance and on overall performance. The result of data analysis found that all environmental factors of Concurrent Engineering effect individually didn?t influence financial performance, but simultaneously influenced financial performance 9,8%. Organizational factor communicate infastructure factors and products development factor individually didn?t influence operational performance. Customer requirements factors negatively influences operational performance and strategic integration factor positively influenced operational peformance. Simultaneously all Concurrent factor, communication infrastructure factor and product development factor individually didn?t influence overall product development performance. Customer requirements factor negatively influenced overall product development performance andstrategic integration factor positively influenced overall product development prformance. Simultaneously all Concurrent engineering enviromnetal factors didn?t have effect on overal product development performance.

Abstract

A sophisticated investor must be having sensitivity for about information when they was invested in securities market. That information are trusted can be influenced a price change stock. The aim of examination is to analyze three independent variable that included earning pr share, dividend per share, and stock split in a partial manner or in simultan manner. The populations of examination in a enterprise included a financial sector that list at Jakarta Stock Exchange from 2003-2005. the act of determining sample with a purposive sampling method, there are six enterpise that included criteria of samples. The testing hypothesis with a opponent of regression linear model. The result of analysis directed that a partial manner, coefficient regression of earning per share in the 0,352, dividend per share in the 0,050 having influence positive to a price change stock, and stock split in the -0,170 having negative influence to a price change stock. In a simultan earning per share, dividend per share and stock split having significant influence to a price change stock.

Abstract

The success of syariah banking in the future depend on syariah banking effectivity of risk manage. As conventional banks beside that syariah banking also will other risk. For the example credit, marker risk, liquidity and operation and than prestice risk. Syariah system is hoped can give contribution mean for of people. Syariah system also is hoped can lessen economics risk until lessen probability happen economics crisis. Now, development of the syariah banking the good enough. As alternative finance system, syariah banking have the big source when give profit to society. As we have knoen, risk from profit sharing in the syariah banks less. Indonesian syariah banking is not just another banking maneuver form Bank Indonesian (BI) to grasp more customers than before. Bank Indonesia has an obligation to develop syariah banks which its implementation to prepare strategy, arrange banking, arrange banking determine based on syariah principle. Syariah bank behave for all people. Syariah with Islam regulation or doctrin. Whoever can abuse syariah bank?s finance.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to examine whether there is an influence of the use of teaching aids on the learning outcomes of students in the field of science study class IV at SDN Limbung Puteri, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. This research aims to determine the influence of the use of teaching aids in the learning process in the field of science study class IV at SDN Limbung Puteri, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. This type of research is pre-experimental research in the form of Pretest Posttest Design, namely an experiment which in its implementation only involves one class as an experimental class without a comparison class (control class) which aims to determine the effect of using teaching aids on student learning outcomes in the learning process in the field of study. Class IV Science at SDN Limbung Puteri, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency, 2016/2017 academic year. The experimental units in this research were 28 Class IV students. The research was carried out over 6 meetings. The success of the learning process is viewed from aspects, namely: achieving completeness of students' classical science learning outcomes and student activities in science learning. Learning is said to be successful if the above aspects are fulfilled. The data collection technique used is data on students' science learning outcomes which are collected using learning outcomes tests, data on student activities in science learning are collected using student learning activity observation sheets. The results of descriptive statistical analysis of student learning outcomes regarding positive teaching aids, understanding of material and concepts from science using teaching aids as media show better learning outcomes than before using teaching aids. The results of inferential statistical analysis using the t-test formula, it is known that the calculated t value obtained is 8.32 with a frequency of dk = 28 –1 = 27, at a significance level of 5% obtained t table = 0.381. So, t count > t table or the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This proves that the use of teaching aids in science learning has an influence compared to before using teaching aids as learning media.

Abstract

Bugis local wisdom has unique characteristics reflected in the concept of “ampe madeceng” values, which underline the importance of good behavior in Bugis culture. This article aims to investigate the meaning, values ​​and practices of ampe madeceng in the context of Bugis local wisdom, and to identify its relevance to Islamic educational values. This type of research is qualitative with an educational ethnography approach, conducted through in-depth interviews with community leaders, religious leaders and related community members, and participatory observation with Bugis community members in Batutanengnge Hamlet who hold tightly to the values ​​of ampe madeceng in their daily lives. The research findings show that the values ​​of ampe madeceng include: Assitulungeng (helping each other), Asseddingeng (unity/ukhuwah), Sipakaraja (honoring each other), Mappakatuna ale (low self-esteem), Siparennuangi (trusting each other). These values ​​play an important role in maintaining social harmony and promoting cooperation in Bugis society. All the values ​​contained in ampe madeceng are in line with Islamic principles, such as good ethics, solidarity, mutual respect and mutual trust. Therefore, Islamic education can play a role in strengthening and developing these values ​​in Bugis society, creating individuals who are better in moral and ethical aspects.

Abstract

Introduction: The prevalence of DM at the Unaaha Health Center in 2017 was 1.12 per 1000 population, increased by 2018 to 2.4 per 1000 population and increased in 2019 by 4.6 per 1000 population. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors for the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus in women of childbearing age at the Unaaha Public Health Center. Methods: This type of research is quantitative with a case control study design. The population is all women of childbearing age who as 378 people. The case sample is women of childbearing age who suffer from DM as many as 62 people taken by simple random sampling technique and the control sample is women of childbearing age who does not suffer from DM as many as 62 people taken by matching technique. Data analyzed by Chi-square test and Odd Ratio (OR) test. Results: The results of the chi-square test and OR for obesity p-value of 0.001 < (0.05) and OR = 3.561, for eating habits obtained p-value of 0.004 < (0.05) and OR = 3.214 as well as for blood pressure obtained p-value 0.000 < (0.05) and OR = 6.741. Conclusion: Obesity, eating habits, and blood pressure are risk factors for type 2 diabetes. Suggestions for the next researchers to conduct experimental research by implementing innovations that can reduce blood pressure and blood glucose levels in patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
