Abstract

The aims of this research is to examine the influence of adversity quotient to resistance of organizational change. The object of this research is PT Citra Nusantara Energi (PT CNE) with 63 employee of the population. The instrument that used is liner regression sample analysis. The result of analysis showed that adversity quotient give negative influence to resistance of organizational change.

Abstract

This reaserch is intended to identify the self management level (personality) of UMY boardinghouse resident. The number of reaserch is 96 (52 female and 43 male). The data were analized by Mean Analysis and Independent Sample T-test.The mean analysis result indicate that the self management of the student is the same lavel. Independent sample T-test indicate that female and male resident have the sampe level of self management. At the other side, the self management level is difference depend on the faculty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation on turnover intention with job embeddedness as intervening variable of study on PT. Primissima employees. Subjects in this study were employees in the production of PT. Primissima. The number of samples used were 109 respondents using cluster sampling and convenience techniques. The analysis technique used for this test is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using AMOS software version 22. Based on the analysis, the result shows that compensation has negative and significant effect on turnover intention, compensation has positive and significant effect on job embeddedness, compensation has negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and job embeddedness does not mediate the effect of compensation to turnover intention on PT production employee Primissima.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Role Conflict on Performance with Self Efficacy as a Moderation on the set of Variables the student Department of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta (HIMAMA, HIMA and HIMIE). The population or a sample that is used is the caretaker and the third member of the organization which amounted to 156. The data used in this research is the primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to our respondents. Analysis of testing data using validity and reliability testing, regression and moderated regression analysis, and test the assumptions of the classical test of normality, multikolonieritas, and heteroskedastisidas. The results showed a negative effect and role conflict significantly to the performance of the organization means that the higher role conflict occurs then the performance is declining. Meanwhile, self efficacy are able to moderate the influence of role conflict on performance where self efficacy are positive and significant effect on performance of the organization. This means the higher self efficacy which belonged to someone then its performance will be better and is able to dampen the conflict of roles.

Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress on work deviant behavior case studies in CV. Duta Madinna Kubah through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. Methodology: This study used a sample of 95 respondents who were determined by the sampling technique with the census method. In this study, using data analysis techniques, namely Path Analysis (path analysis). The analytical tool used in this study using SPSS software. Research Findings: The results of this study indicate that the variable job stress has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on work deviant behavior, job stress has a significant positive effect on work deviant behavior, job stress has a significant effect on work deviant behavior, which is mediated by the variable job satisfaction. Theoretical Contribution: This research advances theoretical understanding by revealing the complex interaction among work stress, job satisfaction, and deviant work behavior, providing valuable insights for academics and practitioners in the field of organizational psychology and management. Implication: Organizations can implement training programs to equip employees and managers with effective stress management strategies. Additionally, organizational development efforts can include initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and foster a positive work culture.

Abstract

Changes in conditions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic have forced all levels of the business sector to adapt. This situation requires more optimal employee performance, both in quality and quantity so that it will have a positive impact on the company. There are several causes that affect employee performance, including transformational leadership style and work motivation. Transformational leadership style is good for use in companies that want change for the better. Likewise with motivation, when the work motivation of employees is strong, the urge to work with quality will be realized. Therefore, this study aims to measure the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance at one of the companies PT. Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk which is engaged in the national plantation sector. The research uses online data collection methods. Data were analyzed using path analysis with regression. The data is processed using regression analysis and reinforced with Sobel to predict the influence between the independent variables in the form of leadership style and work motivation with the dependent variable which is employee performance. The results of this study indicate that leadership style affects motivation but does not affect performance, and motivation affects employee performance. Furthermore, the results of the Sobel test show that leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance through employee motivation.

Abstract

This research has a purpose to analyze the effect of commitment on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable. The subjects in this study were employees of the cleaning service unit, parking unit, and security unit at PT. Bummy Harapan Umat (BUHARUM) totaling 95 people. This research uses SPSS Statistics version 21 software and the analytical technique used is path analysis. Based on research that has been done at PT. Bummy Harapan Umat results obtained that commitment has a positive and significant effect on motivation, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and motivation does not mediatecommitment to employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh “self-efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada CV. Jawara Digital Yogyakarta”. Dalam penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 89 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh (sensu), yaitu seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap CV. Jawara Digital Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner berbentuk Google Form. Penelitian ini diolah menggunakan analisis data dengan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, employee engagement tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, employee engagement tidak memediasi self-efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan.   The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of self-efficacy on employee performance with employee engagement as a mediating variable at CV. Jawara Digital Yogyakarta. In this study, a sample of 89 respondents was selected using saturation sampling, where all members of the population were included as respondents. The population in this study consists of permanent employees of CV. Jawara Digital Yogyakarta. Data collection in this research utilized a Google Form questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence on employee engagement, employee engagement does not have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and employee engagement does not mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and employee performance.

Abstract

Service innovation is currently a challenge for every business, including start-up food and beverage businesses in Yogyakarta. This study aims to test the importance of service performance innovation by considering positive Thriving at work behavior as a mediator, with antecedents of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and co-worker support. The approach used in the study is a quantitative approach. The study was conducted by taking a Food and beverage startup business, a Cafe service in the Yogyakarta area. Using Path Analysis and Sobel test, the results show the influence of LMX on Thriving at work, the influence of co-worker support on thriving at work, and the influence of co-worker support on service performance innovation. The results of this study provide implications for the importance of building a model for improving business service performance innovation through positive thriving at work behavior and organizational processes, namely leader member exchange and co-worker support, especially in the context of the food and beverage business.
