Abstract

Roti bakar merupakan salah satu makanan yang cukup digemari di segala tingkatan usia. Konsumen dapat memilih varian rasa yang sesuai dengan seleranya. Jenis makanan ini dapat ditemui di beberapa tempat, antara lain di jalan Dinar Asri Raya Kelurahan Meteseh. Salah satu gerobak yang menjual roti bakar dimiliki oleh ibu Tri Maryani, yang sudah menjual roti bakar sejak 23 Maret tahun 2017. Hampir setiap hari ibu Tri Maryani berjualan roti bakar dibantu oleh 2 orang anaknya. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan usahanya adalah kurangnya pemahaman akan pentingnya melakukan pembukuan dan pengelolaan keuangan sehingga hasil usaha belum dapat ditentukan secara tepat. Juga masih tercampurnya keuangan rumah tangga dan keuangan usaha. Tim PKM FE USM bertujuan meningkatkan ketrampilan pelaku Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) agar dapat membuat catatan sederhana berkaitan dengan usahanya, dan dapat memisahkan keuangan rumahtangga dengan keuangan bisnis. Target pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah berupa peningkatan ketrampilan membuat pembukuan pos-pos keuangan dan menghitung laporan laba rugi secara benar, dan luaran berupa publikasi karya ilmiah berbentuk proceeding.

Abstract

Besek Pring Kang Noer Salted Eggs, is the name of a salted egg and smoked egg making business located at Jalan Bukit Cemara Indah XI C2 No 53 Bukit Kencana Jaya Semarang housing estate. This business has been started since 2012, and its turnover is now an average of 2000 to 3000 eggs every month. This business not only sells cooked salted eggs but also sells raw duck eggs, raw salted eggs, and smoked salted eggs with prices ranging from Rp 2,800 to Rp 4,000 per grain. This business has also tried to make simple business financial records but has not made more detailed financial reports. The problem that often occurs in this salted egg business is the problem of raw material availability in the form of raw duck eggs.duck eggs purchased from breeders. During the weather change season, sometimes ducks do not want to lay eggs so that the supply of raw eggs becomes small, even though at that time consumer demand is high. On the other hand, when consumer demand is down, the supply of these eggs is high. The FE USM Community Service Team (PKM) shared about the problems in this salted telr making business. Abstract

The learning paradigm shifts from teaching to learning, teaching to learning community. According to Permendikbud Number 3 of 2021, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) number 7 is to realize a collaborative and participatory classroom. The aim is to analyze the application of the case-based learning method to understanding advanced financial accounting and how to understand advanced financial accounting regarding the preparation of combined financial statements of head offices and branch offices. The object of this research is undergraduate Accounting students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Semarang, with a total of 6 classes. The subject of this research is Advanced Financial Accounting. The results showed that with this learning model system, lecturers will more easily provide a deep understanding to students. In this system, students act as the center of learning. It can increase student cognition and make them more active and innovative. Thus, this research can answer the question of whether the project-based learning model system with a case method approach can increase student creativity and innovation in understanding the Advanced Financial Accounting course, which is so complex.
