Abstract

Toko Cosmetik Sukses Bersama is an individually owned small business store that has been established since 2021. The brands of cosmetic products marketed include Hanasui, Wardah, Emina, Implora, Pixy, Kahf, Ms Glow, and OMG. Cosmetics are used to enhance physical appearance and have a positive impact on a person's self-confidence. In the last period of time, the large number of competition in marketing cosmetic products that occurred made the store's sales experience a decline in sales which resulted in a decrease in revenue. Making sales reports at Toko Cosmetik Sukses Bersama is still done by bookkeeping which allows recording errors. Shop owners still visit small shops directly or receive orders via phone calls. Therefore, the use of E-CRM strategies will provide convenience for customers and sales. By doing 3 CRM strategy efforts such as Acuiring (Getting Customers), Enchancing (Strengthening Relationships), Retaining (Maintaining Customers). So that by implementing the E-CRM strategy at Toko Cosmetik Sukses Bersama can increase cosmetic sales and bring in new customers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine pentagon fraud with five elements that can influence the occurrence of fraudulent financial reporting on the Jakarta Islamic Index. fraud pentagon has five elements there is pressure, opportunity, rationalization, competence (competence/ability), and arrogance. This research is a quantitative study using logistic regression analysis methods with SPSS tools. The results showed that fraud pentagon with five elements can influence the occurrence of fraudulent financial reporting in companies incorporated in the Jakarta Islamic Index. But among the five elements are pressure, opportunity, rationalization, competence (competency /ability), the element of arrogance does not have a significant effect on the occurrence of fraudulent financial reporting.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Return on Asset (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Inventory Turn Over (ITO) on stock price in companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2015-2017. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The data in this study are secondary data. The data obtained from the site www.idx.go.id and the website of each company. The sample determination technique uses purposive sampling technique and data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The findings show that Return on Asset (ROA) affect stock price while Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Inventory Turn Over (ITO) have no effect on the stock price.
