Abstract

People in a country, of course, have the customs and culture of each. This custom was born and developed from the behavior that was sustained in a relatively long time on the initiative of the party who first set. In its development, the behavior is then followed by several individuals in the social space to foster a culture-customs and traditions. In the era of globalization, where cultures, customs or habits that may be opposed to the state ideology enter freely, this is where the state is present to protect these customs along with the actors who have been implementing them. The presence of the state in the government's efforts to create good governance and political will is implicit and explicit in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages.The article examines and discusses and examines the law on village number 6 in 2014 with paradigm, socio-political-anthropological. Studies and studies are carried out using the literature study method in the law with guidelines and a blend of Political, Social and Anthropological theories.In the discussion and conclusion, it is explained and discussed that in the village law explicitly and implicitly indeed shows that the government has a good faith in organizing the country in accordance with the goals and vision of the state mission, in the context of village laws.

Abstract

Muhajirin and Anshar were the mesangger’s sahabat whom God praised of eminence to Rasulullah saw. who positioned them high as they were the elements of ahlus sunnah wal jamaah. If believers want to get the safety position in the day after or in the future, they should follow Muhajirin and Anshar beside Rasullah saw.. For those reasons understanding the frame of diversity is very necessary for us. Based on the historical report, Muhajirin and Anshar were not only the speculative concept but the real fact of history. Their empirical practice of religiosity was completely based on their implementation of Islamic preaching in a concrete space and time. From this empirical based we can see or find the fundamental frame of their future or eminence. It consists of the ability to adjust the preaching of religion in coordinate space and time. The theoretical frame from the eminence and future is shown in the technical religiosity they did.* * *Muhajirin dan Anshar adalah kelompok sahabat yang memperoleh pujian keutamaan dari Allah swt.. Rasulullah Saw. juga menempatkannya pada posisi sangat tinggi karena merupakan unsur ahl as-sunnah wa al-jama’a h sebagai firqah an-najiyyah. Apabila orang beriman di kemudian hari ingin memperoleh keselamatan serupa maka harus mengikuti Muhajirin dan Anshar di samping Rasulullah saw.. Oleh karena itu, memahami kerangka keberagamaan mereka sangat diperlukan. Berdasar atas laporan sejarah, Muhajirin dan Anshar bukan semata-mata konsep spekulatif semata akan tetapi merupakan kenyataan sejarah. Basis empiris praktik keberagamaan mereka sepenuhnya didasarkan pada pelaksanaan ajaran agama Islam dalam ruang waktu yang konkret. Di dalam basis empiris tersebut dapat ditemukan kerangka dasar keutamaan mereka. Kelebihan tersebut terdiri atas kemampuan untuk menyesuaikan praktik ajaran agama dengan koordinat ruang waktu di sekitarnya. Rumusan teoritis kelebihan tersebut terletak pada teknik keberagamaan yang mereka lakukan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Literasi zakat memiliki dasar diantaranya dalam Al_Qur’an surat at_tubah ayat 60 dan 103, Surat Al_Baqoroh ayat 43 dan 276, Surat An_Nur ayat 56 dan Surat Maryam ayat 55. Namun dalam praktiknya dari beberapa penelitian maupun pengabdian yang ada, menunjukkan bahwa literasi zakat di angka sedang atau belum optimal. Oleh sebab itu penting bagi kami selaku akademisi untuk memberikan sosialisasi, pemahaman, pengetahuan, wawasan dan pendampingan berkaitan dengan konsep ZIS (Zakat, infaq dan shodaqoh) khususnya bagi pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Kudus yang sebelumnya kami lakukan pengabdian berkaitan dengan sertifikasi halal bagi pelaku UMKM. Adapun metode pengabdian kami laksankan dengan metode sosialisasi dan workshop yang kami laksanakan tiga kali workshop dengan jumlah peserta 75 orang dengan mitra pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Kudus. Dengan capaian memahami dasar perintah ZIS, Memahami kelembagaan ZIS, perhitungan zakat baik secara offline maupun melalui online yakni kalkulator zakat milik BAZNAS. Evaluasi kegiatan kami lakukan melalui pengisian google form dengan 21 pertanyaan, yang sudah kami sediakan sebelumnya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang kami laksankan mendapatkan apresiasi dari peserta karena dengan kegiatan tersebut memberikan pemahaman tentang zakat yang tidak hanya zakat fitrah yang sebelumnya hanya difahami peserta pengabdian. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan pemahaman peserta terhadap materi pelatihan mencapai rata-rata 90%. Pengabdian yang sudah terlaksana menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan yang kami laksanakan dikatagorikan sangat baik.Abstract: Zakat literacy has its basis in the Qur'an, Surah At-Tubah verses 60 and 103, Surah Al-Baqoroh verses 43 and 276, Surah An-Nur verse 56 and Surah Maryam verse 55. However, in practice, several studies and community services show that zakat literacy is moderate or not yet optimal. Therefore, it is important for us as academics to provide socialization, understanding, knowledge, insight and assistance related to the concept of ZIS (Zakat, infaq and shodaqoh) especially for MSME actors in Kudus Regency, where we previously carried out community services related to halal certification for MSME actors. The method of devotion we implement is with the socialization method and workshops that we hold three workshops with a total of 75 participants with UMKM partners in Kudus Regency. With the achievement of understanding the basics of ZIS commands, Understanding ZIS institutions, calculating zakat both offline and online, namely the BAZNAS zakat calculator. The evaluation of our activities was carried out by filling out a google form with 21 questions, which we had provided previously. The community service activities that we carried out received appreciation from the participants because these activities provided an understanding of zakat that was not only zakat fitrah which was previously only understood by the service participants. The results of the activities showed that the participants' understanding of the training material reached an average of 90%. The service that had been carried out showed that the activities we carried out were categorized as very good.
