Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), dan Loans to Deposit Ratio (LDR) terhadap kondisi bermasalah pada sektor perbankan, dengan fokus khusus pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) di Provinsi Riau. Populasi penelitian ini mencakup 34 Bank Perkreditan Rakyat, dan teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih 24 Bank Perkreditan Rakyat yang memenuhi kriteria yang ditentukan. Metode analisis data menggunakan Ordinary Least Squares melalui Eviews 12, dengan menggunakan data panel dari tahun 2018-2022. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Non Performing Loan (NPL) secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kondisi bermasalah pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Provinsi Riau. Namun, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) dan Loans to Deposit Ratio (LDR) tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kondisi bermasalah pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Provinsi Riau.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors influencing Financial Sustainability in Rural Banks in Riau Province. The study assesses whether Return On Assets (ROA), Firm Size, and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) have an impact on Financial Sustainability in Rural Banks in Riau Province. The population of this study consists of 34 Rural Banks, with purposive sampling techniques selecting a total of 23 Rural Banks that meet the sample criteria. Data analysis is conducted using Ordinary Least Squares through EViews 12, utilizing panel data spanning from 2018 to 2022. The research findings indicate that Return On Assets (ROA), Firm Size, and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) significantly influence Financial Sustainability in Rural Banks in Riau Province.

Abstract

Accounting fraud has attracted a lot of media attention and has become a prominent issue in both private and state-owned organizations. This encourages researchers to find the causes of fraud and how to prevent or minimize the occurrence of fraud. This study aims to test and analyze how organizational commitment, internal control and religiosity influence fraud prevention with employee competence as a moderator. The population of this study was the Pekanbaru city regional apparatus organization with a sample of 129 selected using saturated sampling techniques or using census sampling techniques. The analysis tool in this study is Partial least Square path analysis using SEM-PLS 4. The findings of this study indicate that organizational commitment and internal control have an effect on fraud prevention, on the other hand religiosity does not affect fraud prevention in Pekanbaru city OPDs. Furthermore, the findings of this study also show that competence does not moderate the influence of organizational commitment and internal control on fraud prevention in Pekanbaru city OPDs. On the other hand, competence moderates the influence of religiosity on fraud prevention in OPDs in Pekanbaru City.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Internal Control, Religiosity, Fraud Prevention, and Competenc

Abstract

Over recent decades, digital innovations in product creation, communication, and marketing have gained significant attention in research and decision-making across businesses of various scales. Technological advancements have greatly influenced corporate marketing strategies, consumer purchasing behav-ior, and market structures. This study examines the impact of digital marketing on marketing performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Pek-anbaru, with product innovation as a mediating factor. Targeting SMEs that utilize digital marketing, a purposive sampling method selected 53 Pekanbaru SMEs that met the research criteria. Path analysis through Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was applied as the analytical method. Findings indicate that digital marketing significantly enhances both marketing performance and product innovation. Furthermore, product innova-tion directly improves marketing performance, underscoring its role as a medi-ator in the relationship between digital marketing and marketing performance in Pekanbaru MSME.
