Abstract

This  study  aims to  determine the  effect of  services, procedure,  reputation,  and promotion  on  the MSMEs? interest to  apply  for  business financing  provided  by  Islamic  financial  institutions.  It is  a quantitative  research. The  data were primary  data obtained  from  questionnaires  that were distributed directly to the  respondents. As  many  as 58  MSME  actors in  the Manding  Leather Craft  Center, Bantul,  Indonesia,  were involved  as the respondents.  The  sampling  technique  was purposive sampling  as a type  of  the non  probability  sampling  method.  Data  analysis  methods included  multiple  linear  regression,  classical assumption  test,  and  hypothesis  testing  (t-test  and F-test). Data  processing  required the assistance of  SPSS  17.0.   The  results of  the t-test  show  that each independent  variable  partially  affects the MSMEs?  interest to  apply  for  Islamic  financing. Furthermore, the results of the F-test indicate that the variables of services, procedure, reputation, and promotion simultaneously affect the MSMEs?interest  to apply for business financing provided by  Islamic  financial  institutions.

Abstract

Public accountant offices have been known of the high level of staff turnover, generally to the new staffs. The turnover level should be decreased work in order to the company has had a change to get the benefit of the work improvement of the staffs. The research aims to test the influence of role conflict, work stress, locus of control, organizational commitment toward the turnover intention on public accountant staffs. The population of the research was public accountants who are working at public accountant offices in Central Java and DIY. The research took the sample using questionnaires. The sampling technique is purposive sampling to the population that was taken by respondent criteria. Based on the criteria, it was obtained that the number of sample was 55 respondents from 13 public accountant offices in Central Java and DIY. The data analysis method is using multiple regression test. The result of analysis showed that the role conflict and the work stress do not give influence toward the turnover intention. However, the locus of control and the organizational commitment give influence toward the turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of e-commerce, fintech, social media and entrepreneurial capital in increasing the income of fashion MSMEs in the Sleman Regency area. This research is a quantitative research. The sample of this study amounted to 85 respondents. Select samples according to reasonable sampling methods. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression with F test and t test. The results of this study show that e-commerce, fintech, and social media have no effect on revenue growth, while venture capital simultaneously has a positive effect on revenue growth. An R-squared value of 0.572 indicates that the explanatory power of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 57.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence the level of income of MSMEs in Umbulharjo District. The independent variables used are Business Location, Marketing Strategy, Business Capital, Education Level and the dependent variable is Income Level. This study is a quantitative study. The sample obtained was 52 respondents with a sample of MSMEs in Umbulharjo District. This study uses primary data which is a source of data obtained directly through a questionnaire. The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression processed using SPSS25. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Business Location, marketing strategy, business capital, and education level partially have a significant effect on Sales Income. Keywords: Sales Income, Business Location, Marketing Strategy, Business Capital, Education Level and Multiple Linear Regression.

Abstract

The restriction of community activities during the Covid-19 pandemic impacted consumer spending patterns, leading to a decline in sales for MSMEs. Therefore, in addition to direct sales, online sales also play a crucial role. The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of digital marketing, direct sales, localization, and advertising mix on post-Covid-19 sales levels of MSMEs in Yogyakarta, particularly in the Teras Malioboro area. The study population consists solely of MSME members operating in Teras Malioboro, Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used in this research is actual sampling, with a total of 51 MSMEs. The analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression testing. The results indicate that digital marketing, direct sales, localization, and advertising mix simultaneously and partially influence post-Covid-19 sales levels of MSMEs in Yogyakarta, particularly in the Teras Malioboro area.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurship courses, income expectations, and entrepreneurial characteristics on entrepreneurial interest. The object of the research was student participants in the Ahmad Dahlan University Accountant concentration class who had taken six courses related to Entrepreneurship. The number of respondents was 53. The results showed that entrepreneurship courses, income expectations, and the characteristics of entrepreneurship explained 37.2% of the factors affecting entrepreneurial interest. Hypothesis testing using the regression test shows the results that college entrepreneurship and income expectations influence the interest in entrepreneurship and the characteristics of entrepreneurship have no effect. This shows that universities have the opportunity to cultivate curriculum related to entrepreneurship. Because there are indications that the interest in entrepreneurship can be grown through entrepreneurship courses.
