Abstract

Pengelolaan dan pengendalian sampah plastik merupakan kebijakan DitjenPPKL ? KLHK RI dan telah dilaksanakan cukup lama namun masih belummemperlihatkan hasil yang memuaskan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan serangkaianprogram pengendalian sampah yang giat untuk dipromosikan. Penelitian inibertujuan secara spesifik mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi komunikasi DitjenPPKL dalam mempromosikan program pengendalian dan pengelolaan sampah.Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep perencanaan komunikasi ACADA ?Assessment , Communication, Analysis, Design, and Action. Pendekatan yangdigunakan adalah kualitatif dengan penelitian metode studi kasus. Subyek dalampenelitian ini adalah Ditjen PPKL yang mengembangkan strategi komunikasiuntuk mempromosikan program pengelolaan dan pengendalian sampah. Hasilpenelitian menunjukakn bahwa usaha mempromosikan program pengendalian danpengelolaan sampah Ditjen PPKL memerlukan keberlanjutan.

Abstract

Today the use of advertising in the below-the-line (BTL) media is a big question about the effectiveness and benefits, whether financial and branding corporate, because they are considered outdated, unfavorable, and does not represent the dynamics of digital advertising. On the other hand, digital advertising development has become a trend investor the essential advertising business seen as business advertising. This caused some parties to be sceptical of the company advertising classic BTL, significantly relying on below-the-line orders. Aghna (Kreanova) in Bandung is one of the company’s advertisings concerned with their business advertising in BTL, in the fight business competition advertising, which is moving toward the digital. This study used a qualitative approach to describe the phenomenon of advertising. Aghna (Kreanova) maintains a venture and concept product marketing BTL by combining a marketing approach with the advertising concept that emphasizes marketing strategies. It means of promoting a product BTL with the approach direct selling is still in use to improve the gain on sale of the corporate and existence.

Abstract

The SAPA MANTAN program highlights the conflict and drama of the love story experienced by the character concerned. Various kinds of responses were expressed by young people on social media regarding the SAPA MANTAN broadcast, some of the young people liked the show with this theme, but some did not like it. This study aims to determine the effect of the DGITM Radio Prambors Program on Adolescent Listening Interests in Jakarta. This study uses a positivistic paradigm with a quantitative approach by using questionnaires as a survey method. This study uses stimulus response theory by testing the Pearson's Correlation Product Moment correlation with a sig value of 0.811, which means that there is a positive relationship between variables X and Y, in linear calculations it is stated that variable X has an effect on variable Y with <0.05. In the calculation of the coefficient of determination, the proportion of variable X in influencing Variable Y is 65.8% while 34.2% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

Life decision-making in the social life of young people at this time is still often managed by the family. Families feel in control of their lives so that they are free to take them over. It is this phenomenon that is raised in the advertisement for the Olay product version of ‘Sampai Kapan Lebaran Ditanya ‘Kapan’?'. Therefore this ad attracts the attention of researchers to examine from the side of how social criticism of the family is displayed in the ad. This study uses Stuart Hall's representation theory. Then the critical paradigm and qualitative approach are also chosen in this study. The data were analyzed using Roland Barthes' semiotics to see how denotations, connotations, and myths were generated in advertisements. The results of the study show that the family carries out a negative function, namely being the perpetrator of judgment and bringing down younger family members.

Abstract

Solidarity in gangster organizations is demonstrated in a variety of different behaviors. The aim of this research is to reveal solidarity between gangsters in the feature film "High and Low The Worst X Cross" and relate it to the theory of Social Reality Construction Theory in Mass Media. This research method uses Charles Sander Pierce's semiotic analysis method using three stages of sign, object and interpretant analysis. The results of this research found that gangsters are faced with a bad image by society and always have a negative impact on society. The existence of a view from the community makes the personality of the gangster organization become worse and difficult to control. During the analysis of signs, objects, and interpretants, it was found that gangster organizations, apart from having a bad view, were always seen in the eyes of society. Therefore, gangster organizations hide their character in society and do not display their solidarity

Abstract

The rapid development of social media has significantly impacted interfaith dialogue, enabling discussions to transcend physical boundaries. TikTok, a popular social media platform, has become a major space for interfaith discourse, but ethical violations such as ad hominem attacks, misinformation, and disrespectful interactions often undermine productive discussions. This study critically examines communication ethics in TikToks live interfaith dialogues through the lens of Al-Ghazalis ethical communication principles. We collected data using a qualitative approach by observing TikTok live sessions and interviewing individuals involved in these discussions. Findings indicate widespread ethical violations, including personal attacks, rigid truth claims, and emotionally driven arguments. These behaviors contradict Al-Ghazalis emphasis on respectful, knowledge-based, and morally grounded communication. The study highlights the risks of religious cyber-balkanization, where social media discussions reinforce ideological divisions rather than fostering mutual understanding. Furthermore, the lack of moderation and ethical standards exacerbates these issues, reducing the potential of TikTok as a platform for constructive religious dialogue. This research contributes to the broader discourse on digital ethics by contextualizing classical Islamic communication principles within modern online interactions. It calls for platform-specific ethical guidelines, improved moderation policies, and awareness campaigns to promote respectful interfaith discussions. Future research should explore the effectiveness of AI-driven moderation tools in mitigating online hate speech while preserving open dialogue. By addressing these ethical concerns, social media forms can become more inclusive and supportive of meaningful interfaith engagement.

Abstract

Indonesia's failure to host the U20 World Cup was conveyed by players from the Indonesian U20 National Team following Rosi's YouTube video content on Kompas TV. The aim of this research is to find out the meaning of members of The Jakmania regarding Indonesia's cancellation of hosting the U20 World Cup in Indonesia in Rosi's talk show. The research method used in the research is the audience reception analysis method. The theory used in this research is Stuart Hall's Encoding-Decoding Theory. This research approach uses qualitative descriptive qualitative research. The results of the research showed that five informants were in the Dominant Hegemony position regarding the discussion of Indonesia's failure to host the U20 World Cup, one informant was in the Negotiation position regarding the discussion of Indonesia's future opportunities to host the World Cup and three informants were in the Opposition position regarding the discussion of the impact of PSSI after failed to host the U20 World Cup.
