Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to apply the 5P principle (party, purpose, payment, profitability, protection) in minimizing the risk of providing musyarakah mutanaqisah financing and find out whether or not the application of the 5P principle is effective in minimizing financing risk. This research uses a qualitative approach and by researching directly at PT. Bank NTB Syariah. This type of research data uses primary and secondary data types, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informant came from the consumer finance division and risk management desk. The result of this study is the application of the 5P principle in minimizing the risk of providing musyarakah mutanaqisah financing at PT. Bank NTB Syariah has been applied according to theories on every principle and has applied the precautionary principle as in Law No.21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking in Article 2 and Article 23 paragraphs (1) and (2), and Bank Indonesia Regulation No.14 of 2012 concerning Asset Quality Assessment of Commercial Banks, in Article 2 paragraphs (1) and (2). Then the effectiveness of the application of the 5P principle in 2019 to 2021 has been very effective in minimizing the risk of musyarakah mutanaqisah financing, this is based on the results of interviews and observations from Non-Performing Financing which is decreasing and the bank can achieve the Non Performing Financing target contained in the Bank's Business Plan in 2019 to 2021

Abstract

Background: Health and well-being are the most important aspects of an individual, especially for adolescent students in Islamic boarding schools. Food sanitation hygiene is also important for every human being to know, especially for food handlers who provide food in an institution. The results of the World Healt Organization (WHO) 2019 diarrhea is an environmentally based disease and occurs in almost all geographical areas in the world, every year there are around 1.7 billion cases of diarrhea with a death rate of 760,000. Purpose: This study aims to determine differences in knowledge, attitudes and behavior of food sanitation hygiene with the incidence of illness in adolescent girls and food handlers at the Al-Fuadiyah Nurul Huda Pringsewu Islamic Boarding School complex. Methods: The type of research conducted was quantitative with a cross sectional approach. This study used random sampling technique involving a sample of 60 respondents who were at the Al-Fuadiyah Nurul Huda Pringsewu Islamic Boarding School. Results: In this study, statistical tests with cross sectional between differences, attitudes and behavior with the incidence of morbidity obtained an average p-value (0.05) while the difference between knowledge, attitudes and behavior with the incidence of morbidity obtained a knowledge p-value (0.898) attitude p-value (0.361) behavior p-value (0.666). Conclusion: This study shows that there is no significant difference between knowledge, attitudes and behavior with the incidence of morbidity at the Nurul Huda Al-Fuadiyah Islamic Boarding School with the results of p-value (0.05).
