Abstract

Along with the rapid development of the times, in all sectors of course it is necessary to follow these developments in order to achieve mutual comfort and safety. The Housing Complex also does not escape to be able to keep up with the times. Every housing estate certainly has activities to collect dues to be able to manage their living environment in a clean, safe and comfortable condition. The financial management of contributions carried out still applies a manual system, so that there is a human error between financial records and the actual evidence is not the same. In addition, with a manual system like this, misunderstandings can arise and the truth is quite difficult to prove due to manual recording. Using the Rapid Application Development method to design a financial management mobile app that has an incremental nature with the intention that the processing time can be done in a short time but still optimally. The data needed will be integrated using Firebase which has a real-time nature so that records can be recorded automatically and existing data is always updated according to existing events. Application design using the JavaScript programming language in the Visual Studio program and integrated with Firebase as a place to process data. Based on testing the system has been designed and can be used properly

Abstract

The maritime industry’s crucial role in the global economy is vital, serving as the lifeline for the distribution of commercial goods worldwide. Data-Driven Decision Making (DDDM) in the maritime sector has the potential to be a game changer. By utilizing data obtained from sensors, communication tools, and integrated systems, operators can optimize fleets, improve fuel efficiency, and enhance maintenance scheduling. From the perspective of ship owners/operators, decisions regarding scheduling, operations, docking, and crew management are prioritized to ensure company profitability. Current business practices necessitate exploring the benefits of using DDDM in decision-making for ship owners/operators. The use of Big Data and DDDM approaches offers advantages such as cost efficiency and improved fleet performance. Data collection and analysis in the maritime sector include various methods, such as Automatic Identification Systems (AIS), weather data, and onboard sensor equipment. Implementing DDDM presents several challenges from the perspective of ship owners/operators, including data quality and availability, system integration, high implementation costs, regulatory compliance, and resistance to change.

Abstract

In the period of 2014-2019, the implementation of infrastructure projects was encouraged everywhere with the aim of national connectivity and the smooth flow of national goods. This initiative has an impact on the welfare of the community in the form of poverty alleviation, reducing inequality in the development of Western and Eastern Indonesia, job creation and national competitiveness. Evaluation of the implementation of infrastructure projects shows in general the green report cards for project accomplishments, but on the other hand there are still inherent problems in the implementation in the field, especially regarding land acquisition, overlapping regulations, financing and conflicts of interest. Management of infrastructure projects requires a project management system that is different from conventional project management. In the framework of program management, this national program is managed in coordination across ministries, institutions with the aim of accelerating completion. The purpose of this paper is to describe the Meutic Machine approach as an alternative way of working in program management in the context of accelerating the achievement of national strategic projects in the 2014-2019 RPJMN. The Maeutic Machine Approach aims to question the potential risks to the achievement of a project with a procedural cycle. With this analytical engine coupled with coordination, monitoring and evaluation, it is expected that the implementation of portfolio projects can run well. The Meutic Machine approach is focused on questioning the possibilities systematically, and this is an advantage of the Maeutic Machine.
