The need for skills that must be mastered by school teachers is to compile and develop questions independently. Teachers under the Ministry of Religious Affairs require teachers to master the competence in developing Islamic mathematics questions which will later be used in the learning process or assessment in the classroom or national assessment. The mentoring activity for the preparation of Islamic mathematics problems with PISA standards is carried out so that mathematics teachers in madrasas have competence in preparing questions that are different from the usual. Mentoring activities are carried out online and offline in order to maximize the mentoring process, with 152 participants, 35 offline and 117 online through zoom meetings. The process of implementing mentoring goes through several stages, namely (1) preparation and debriefing, (2) implementation, (3) program sustainability plan, (4) monitoring and evaluation. So that the results of this mentoring activity are providing an understanding of the development of Islamic integrated mathematics questions based on PISA questions and MTs level mathematics teachers in Jember Regency can understand the development of Islamic integrated mathematics questions based on PISA questions to be applied in their respective schools. ABSTRAKKebutuhan ketrampilan yang harus dikuasai oleh guru disekolah adalah menyusun dan mengembangkan soal secara mandiri. Guru yang berada dibawah Kementrian Agama mewajibkan guru menguasai kompetensi dalam menyusun soal matematika bernuansa islami yang nantinya akan digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran ataupun assesmen di kelas ataupun asessment secara nasional. Kegiatan pendampingan penyusunan soal matematika bernuansa islami dengan standar PISA ini dilakukan agar guru-guru matematika di madrasah memiliki kompetensi dalam penyusunan soal yang berbeda dengan biasanya. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan secara online dan offline agar dapat memaksimalkan proses pendampingan, dengan peserta sebanyak 152 peserta, 35 secara offline dan 117 secara online melalui zoom meeting. Proses pelaksanaan pendampingan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu (1) persiapan dan pembekalan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) rencana keberlanjutan program, (4) monitoring dan evaluasi. Sehingga hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini yaitu memberikankan pemahaman tentang pengembangan soal matematika terintegrasi keislaman berbasis soal PISA dan guru matematika tingkat MTs di Kabupaten Jember dapat memahami pengembangan soal matematika terintegrasi keislaman berbasis soal PISA untuk diterapkan di sekolah masing-masing.
