Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur Guest Relation Officer (GRO) di ZAP CLINIKSurabaya, jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancaraatau interview dan literature-literatur yang berkaitan dengan judul penelitan. Bagi kaum wanita kecantikan dan keindhantubuj serta wajah merupakan dambaan dan daya Tarik tersendiri sehingga usaha di bidang kecantikan berkembangdemikian cepat dan sangat pesat. Dalam penelitian ini penulis membahas tentang penerapan Standart OperasionalProsedur khususnya di Guest Relation Officer (GRO). Kesimpulan yang didapat ialah Guest Relation Officer (GRO)memiliki tiga Standar Operasional Prosedur antara lain: Standar Operasional Prosedur penanganan klien baru yangdisingkat dengan ZAP THE 13 untuk mempermudah dihafal oleh karyawan, Standar Operasioanl Prosedur penangananklien lama (ZAP TOP 10), dan yang terakhir adalah Standar Operasional Prosedur penanganan klien denganmenggunakan telepon dan disingkat ZAP FANTASTIC 4. Guest Relation Officer (GRO) merupakan ujung tombakpenjualan produk-produk di ZAP Clinic.

Abstract

The long-term goal of the study is to find out if the tourism industry can survive the Covid-19 pandemic while still prioritizing the quality of services in accordance with health protocols. The type of research is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The population in the study was the visitors to three tourist destinations in Surabaya, namely the Submarine Museum, House of Sampoerna and Surabaya Zoo. The number of samples used was 100 respondents using accidental sampling techniques, namely respondents who were accidentally encountered at the time the questionnaire was distributed. The collected data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 23.0 software. The results showed that the variables of service quality (realibility, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, and tangibles) have a positive and significant influence on tourist satisfaction

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of price, promotional appeal and ease of use of applications on the decision of use of online transportation. The type of research used in this study is "Explanatory Research", which is a type of research that aims to find out the small relationship and influence of one variable on other variables, as well as test the proposed hypothesis (accepted or rejected). The population in this study is the overall consumers of online motorcycle-taxi drivers (known as ojek) in Surabaya. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, the population element is selected on the basis of its availability based on certain criteria. Test results through SPSS indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between price on usage decisions, promotion on usage decisions, and the ease of application on usage decisions. The results showed that of the four variables of price, promotion, ease of application simultaneously affect the decision to use the online transportation.

Abstract

Tujuan dan target penelitian – tujuan penelitian ini adalah lebih meningkatkan potensi pengembangan Hutan Mangrove sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata di Surabaya sehingga menarik minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung, baik wisatawan local, domestic maupun mancanegara. Destinasi mangrove merupakan daya tarik wisata alam dan bahari yang ada di kota Surabaya yang merupakan kota tujuan business, selain daya tarik wisata buatan seperti Tugu Pahlawan, Monumen Kapal Selam, Alun-alun Surabaya, dan Monumen Jalesveva. Target penelitian ini dikonsentrasikan penulis pada pengembangan Hutan Mangrove Wonorejo Surabaya. Metodologi – Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan beberapa cara, antara lain observasi dengan langsung mengunjungi obyek penelitian, wawancara atau interview pada pelaku industry (penjual souvenir, penyedia makanan dan minuman), dokumentasi, dan studi literature. Luaran penelitian – hasil penelitian dengan judul potensi pengembangan hutan Mangrove Wonorejo sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata di Surabaya adalah membantu mengoptimalkan potensi hutan Mangrove Wonorejosebagai salah satu destinasi wisata dan meningkatkan pelayanan pelaku industry pariwisata terhadap wisatawan local, domestic, dan mancanegara.
