Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of stock prices and trading frequency of the bid-ask spread on a manufacturing company doing stock split. The population in this study is a manufacturing company doing stock split which consists of 28 companies. Determination of the study sample consists of 24 companies conducted using purposive sampling method.As for hypothesis testing and research instruments using multiple regression analysis SPSS 20.0. Results of this study prove that the stock price does not affect the bid-ask spread. While the frequency stock trading affect the bid-ask spread.

Abstract

This research aims to provide insight regarding observations of course and training institutions in Jambi City to readers and observers to understand how to analyze observations of course and training institutions in Jambi City. This research was carried out in various places in Jambi City. The time this research was conducted was April 21 202. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, namely natural. Data collection techniques are triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and qualitative research results emphasize meaning rather than generalization. The approach uses a qualitative approach, namely an approach that describes the data descriptively. The results of this research are that each institution has different management for sewing/embroidering clothes courses. After completing the training, participants can open their own sewing or embroidering customer clothes business and have been certified by the previous training place. With assistance from the government, it can ease the burden on participants in achieving training, so this assistance can also enable activities at course institutions to run smoothly and effectively

Abstract

Sektor distribusi memiliki karakteristik pekerjaan yang dinamis dengan tuntutan fisik dan mental yang tinggi, sehingga kinerja karyawan berpotensi dipengaruhi oleh kondisi psikologis selama bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh tekanan kerja, stres kerja, dan kesehatan mental terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan distributor di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup yang disebarkan kepada 109 karyawan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan tekanan kerja, stres kerja, dan kesehatan mental berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial, tekanan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, yang mengindikasikan bahwa tekanan kerja masih berada dalam batas yang dapat ditoleransi. Sebaliknya, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan kesehatan mental berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi psikologis, khususnya stres kerja dan kesehatan mental, memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu fokus pada pengelolaan stres kerja dan upaya menjaga kesehatan mental karyawan guna meningkatkan kinerja secara berkelanjutan.
