Abstract

Secara umum mesin penetas telur atau egg incubator digunakan untuk meningkatkan produkstifitas penetasan telur unggas seperti Ayam dan Bebek. Penggunaan alat ini  sepertihalnya pada proses pengeraman yang dilakukan indukan, terdapat beberapa variable yang dikontrol untuk mengembangkan embrio dalam telur salah satu variabelnya adalah suhu. Untuk meningkatkan daya tetas mesin telur diperlukan suatu kesetabilan dan homogenitas suhu pada ruangan penetasan. Untuk itulah digunakan system kontrol PID agar kestabilan suhu dapat terjaga. Dengan menggunakan Arduino  sebagai pengontrol utama, hasil pembacaan sensor akan diproses sesuai dengan Algoritma PID yang telah ditanamkan dalam minimum sistem. Lalu akan disesuaikan dengan Set Point yang telah ditetapkan. Output dari alat berupa sinyal digital yang akan mengontrol elemen pemanas berupa lampu pijar. Saat selisih suhu dengan Set Point melebihi 5oC maka Elemen pemanas akan digunakan. Dan dalam deviasi 5oC lampu pijar digunakan untuk memanaskan ruang tetas. Kata kunci       : PID, Arduino, Mesin Tetas Telur

Abstract

Rancang bangun Sistem Pengendalian Kecepatan Motor DC ini menggunakan komponen elektronika dan digital yaitu rangkaian converter, pencacah sinkron, penguat op-amp dan rangkaian transmitter – receiver FM. Sistem Pengendalian Kecepatan Motor DC ini  beroperasi pada frekuensi 96,6 MHz. dan kecepatan motor  dapat diatur  dalam 255 tingkat kecepatan  sesuai dengan perubahan masukan biner  8 bit dari counter 74193. Spesifikasi dari transistor-transistor yang membentuk jembatan H, dalam rangkaian penguat servo, mampu mengendalikan motor dengan tegangan terminal maksimal 12 Volt dan arus jangkar maksimal sebesar 1 Ampere. Kata kunci : Motor DC, Transmitter, Receiver

Abstract

AbstractAircraft battery is a backup source of electricity on aircraft, for maintaining the performance of an aircraft battery, there are rules that must be implemented, one of which is the storage process on the aircraft battery. In the process of storage, aircraft battery has its own shelf life for the stored voltage, this depends on the humidity and temperature of the storage room. To monitor and control the data from time to time, the nominal value of the humidity and temperature of the storage room, an automatic monitoring device is made. This tool consists of WEMOS D1 R2, ARDUINO UNO, LED, LCD, BUZZER, smartphone, and 4 DHT22 sensors as 4 zones of reading area from the sensor and will then be connected to the Blynk application. The DHT22 sensor will send input humidity and temperature data to WEMOS D1 R2 and ARDUINO UNO, from ARDUINO UNO the data will be processed and processed for the LCD reading system and for the warning system for the user, from WEMOS D1 R2 then the data will be processed and sent and displayed to the Blynk application over the internet. From these tools, the largest error value is 0.4, and the largest standard deviation is 0.085, so that the data error rate or tolerance is 0.5494%.Keywords: humidity and temperature, WEMOS D1 R2, DHT22, Blynk

Abstract

AbstractA very profitable business for catfish farming, besides the results can be eaten alone, the rest can be sold and become additional income for those who cultivate it. Fish feeding activities sometimes experience delays and are not in accordance with a predetermined schedule. Feeding is often delayed resulting in starving fish and cannibals. To prevent delays in feeding, an automatic fish feed tool was made that can regulate fish feed schedules using the internet of things with an electric power source using solar panels. This tool describes the OFF-GRID PLTS monitoring system as a power source and works using the Real-Time Clock (RTC) Module as a component needed to provide information about the time as well as provide a schedule for fish feed driven by a servo motor. Based on the test results, the entire solar panel device can produce 14.19 Wh of electrical energy and charging a battery with a capacity of 12V 3A takes 13.6 hours. The amount and weight of fish feed issued by the servo motor for 1 dose of fish feed is 2 grams with an angle of 50 degrees.Keywords: Servo Motor, Real-Time Clock (RTC), PLTS, Monitoring, ESP8266, Blynk.

Abstract

Customer complaint handling is critical in maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction in the e-commerce industry. Currently, SIRCLO Commerce uses traditional methods that are often time-consuming and prone to errors, leading to suboptimal complaint resolution and negatively impacting customer experience. This research utilizes observation, interviews, and literature studies, along with SWOT analysis and system development using Rapid Application Development (RAD). The results indicate that complaint management at SIRCLO Commerce is not yet fully computerized, so implementing a CMS is expected to ease staff in managing customer complaints. The CMS is anticipated to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through quick and accurate complaint resolution, and provide insights into complaint trends for strategic decision-making. This CMS implementation could also serve as a model for other e-commerce companies, boosting their competitiveness and business sustainability in an increasingly competitive market Keywords: Complaint Management System, E-commerce, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty, Order Cancellation. AbstrakPenanganan keluhan pelanggan sangat penting dalam mempertahankan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan di industri e-commerce. Saat ini, SIRCLO Commerce menggunakan metode tradisional yang sering memakan waktu dan rentan terhadap kesalahan, sehingga penyelesaian keluhan tidak optimal dan berdampak negatif pada pengalaman pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, serta analisis SWOT dan pengembangan sistem dengan Rapid Application Development (RAD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen keluhan di SIRCLO Commerce belum terkomputerisasi maksimal, sehingga implementasi CMS diharapkan mempermudah staf dalam mengelola keluhan pelanggan. CMS diharapkan meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan melalui penyelesaian keluhan yang cepat dan tepat, serta memberikan wawasan mengenai tren keluhan untuk pengambilan keputusan strategis. Implementasi CMS ini juga bisa menjadi model bagi perusahaan e-commerce lain, meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Kata Kunci: Complaint Management System, E-commerce, Kepuasan Pelanggan,                              Loyalitas Pelanggan, Pembatalan Order
