Pembekalan pengetahuan mengenai cara-cara penangkapan dan pemeliharaan bibitsidat atau lebih dikenal dengan sebutan glass eel pada dasarnya bertujuan untukmemastikan dan memelihara kemampuan para petani sehingga memenuhi kualifikasi yangdiprasyaratkan dan dapat memberi kotribusi optimal bagi wilayahnya. Salah satu bentukpembekalan para petani penangkap glass eel adalah pelatihan dan penyuluhan. Pelatihanadalah proses terencana untuk mengubah pengetahuan dan keterampilan melaluipengalaman belajar yang diharapkan dapat memberi kontrbusi padapeningkatan produktivitas, efektitas dan efisiensi organisasi setelah para petani kembali kewilayahnya. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut kami ingin memberikan keterampilandasar bagi para petani di Wilayah Palopo, Sulawesi Utara dengan melatih keterampilanpada cara penangkapan, pasca penangkapan, pemeliharaan serta penanganan terhadapbakteri, jamur dan penyakit lainnya. Pelatihan tersebut sebagai wujud dari ProgramPengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) yang merupakan salah satu tridharma dari peguruantinggi. Semoga pelatihan ini dapat menjadi kontribusi yang bermanfaat untuk peningkatankemampuan para petani di Wilayah Palopo, sulawesi Utara agar produktifitas merekameningkat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio, Perputaran Persediaan, Perputaran Piutang, Perputaran Kas. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui website www.idx.co.id dan web.idx.id, untuk mendapatkan laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan-perusahaan yang telah go public di Indonesia. Metode purposive sampling digunakan dalam menentukan pemilihan sampel. Sebanyak 14 dari 26 perusahaan Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan pengamatan 5 tahun, dari tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2019, diperoleh 70 sampel penelitian. Metode statistik yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Current Ratio, Inventory Turnover, Account Receivable Turnover, Cash turnover berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh leverage, likuiditas, ukuran perusahaan, dan profitabilitas terhadap penghindaran pajak pada perusahaan industri penghasil bahan baku sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019 sebanyak 47 perusahaan. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dimana sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan diperoleh 15 perusahaan dan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan program Statiscal Product and Service Solution (SPSS) V.20.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa leverage berpengaruh negatif terhadap penghindaran pajak, dan likuiditas berpengaruh negatif terhadap penghindaran pajak. Sedangkan ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak.

Purpose: This study aimed to ascertain the impact of debt-to-equity ratio, current ratio, quick ratio, total asset turnover, and return on assets on profit growth in basic industrial and chemical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2017. Research Methodology: The population of this study consists of 69 firms, 52 of which passed the sample selection criterion using a purposive sampling technique. The data sources for this study are the financial statements of the companies sampled via www.idx.co.id. This study employs multiple linear regression analysis and is conducted using the SPSS software version 20. (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Results: The results of this study indicate that ROA has an impact on profit growth, while the current ratio, quick ratio, total asset turnover, and debt to equity ratios do not.

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of profitability, solvency, liquidity and activity on the value of the company. The population used in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling techniques by setting several sampling criteria and producing 15 companies that were used as samples from 32 manufacturing companies of food and beverage subs sector during 2016-2020. The analysis tool used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 20 statistics test tool. The results of this study have shown that profitability has a positive and significant effect on the value of the company, while solvency, liquidity and activity have no effect on the value of the company

The complexity of today's business world necessitates a method for measuring a company's performance that is both precise and exhaustive. In this situation, the balanced scorecard is a useful tool. Balanced Scorecard is a performance measurement instrument that considers both financial and non-financial aspects. The Balanced Scorecard examines performance from four distinct perspectives: learning and development, internal company processes, the customer, and financials. For the purpose of this analysis, 2011-2021 PT HM Sampoerna Tbk data was utilized to examine the financial outlook. This research measures ROI, profit margin, operating ratio, customer satisfaction, innovation, and employee satisfaction. Based on the analysis's findings, it is evident that PT HM Sampoerna Tbk performs well overall. Financial measures such as return on investment (ROI), profit margins, and operating ratios have been rather strong. From the consumer's perspective, it demonstrates good performance, and customer satisfaction is fairly high. From an internal business perspective, the corporation has made positive adjustments. And from the perspective of an employee, the degree of learning and development is fairly adequate. According to the research findings, the Balanced Scorecard provides a better ordered and comprehensive picture.

Farmers' low knowledge of soil and water conservation can cause agricultural land to be vulnerable to erosion and environmental damage. The purpose of the community service activities carried out in Mekarwangi Village, Saketi District, Pandeglang is to provide knowledge to the farming community about the types of erosion and their prevention efforts in the form of vegetation methods, technical methods, and chemical methods. Based on the results of the questionnaires that have been collected, it means that before the counseling was carried out, the participants had very little information about the types of erosion, direct and indirect impacts, and prevention methods. After the extension was carried out, it was seen that there was a very significant increase in the knowledge of the farming community regarding erosion and the understanding that so far the management of agricultural land that had been carried out was not appropriate for slope conditions, which resulted in erosion and environmental damage.

The objective of this research is to investigate Disclosure of Corporate social Responsibility, Composition of The Board Of Commissioners, The Influence of Public Ownership, Company Performance to The Value of The Company (Empirical Studies On Manufactured Companies Basic Chemical and Basic Industry and Basic Chemical On Indonesian Stock Exchange In The Year 2020 To 2021. The research data and hypothesis were analyzed using linear regression analysis with the program IBM SPSS Version 26. The result of this research showed that partial Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility, The Influence of Public Ownership and Company Performance have no effect on the Value Of The Company. While the Return On Assets (ROA) effect to The Value Of The Company. While simultaneously showed that Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility, Composition of The Board Of Commissioners, The Influence of Public Ownership, Company Performance have significant effect on The Value of The Company.

Peningkatan kasus penyalahgunaan narkoba di Indonesia menjadi perhatian serius, karena masalah ini terus berlanjut tanpa solusi yang pasti. Mengatasi tantangan ini memerlukan kontribusi luas dari berbagai pihak, tidak hanya dari aparat penegak hukum. Dalam upaya untuk memberikan solusi konkret, kami menggelar program penyuluhan anti-narkotika yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam kepada karyawan Taman Janti. Program ini tidak hanya mengedukasi tentang bahaya narkotika, tetapi juga memberikan tips praktis untuk menghindari jenis narkotika yang sering ditemui dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di lingkungan bisnis. Tujuan kami adalah agar setiap peserta dapat memahami dengan jelas dampak negatif narkotika dan memiliki keterampilan untuk mengelak dari godaan narkotika dalam rutinitas pekerjaan mereka.

Purpose: This service aims to increase the attractiveness of MSME products in Duren Seribu Village, Depok City, by strengthening branding and packaging. Methodology/Approach: This service was designed using community-based assessment methods. This study included a market review of brand name and logo selection, packaging design, brand promotion, and communication strategies. This review process involved MSME owners, product users, and branching experts. In addition, we used graphic design software and data analysis tools to optimize branching and packaging. Results: The results of this service show that strengthening Branding and packaging can increase the attractiveness of MSME products. Strategies such as choosing a logo and brand name, attractive packaging design, promotion via social media, and creating a brand story have proven effective in strengthening the branching and packaging of MSME products. Limitations: This study provides a transparent assessment of its scope and potential biases. Some limitations may include the small sample size, potential respondent biases, and inherent challenges of capturing the complex and multifaceted nature of the branding and packaging impact on MSMEs. Contribution: This study enriches the literature on UMKM development by providing a nuanced understanding of the role of branding and packaging in rural contexts, specifically within Desa Duren Seribu and Kota Depok. The insights gained from this study may contribute to the formulation of tailored strategies and interventions that can be replicated in similar rural settings, aiding the sustainable growth of the UMKM.
