Abstract

The purpose of this analysis activity is to find data on the readiness of UMKM in Madiun City to enter the digital market. This research uses a survey-based approach carried out with a cross-section method. Research data collection is carried out simultaneously and directly on the research object. The population in this study is UMKM in the city of Madiun, with a total sample of 108 UMKM. The source of data in this study is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires, where the questionnaire research instrument is designed with the integration model approach ERL (E-learning Readiness). The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis with the readiness approach from Aydin and Tasci by measuring readiness based on four factors, namely technology, innovation, people, and self-development. This research concludes that the technology factor is not ready and needs a slight improvement, namely the availability of hardware for UMKM actors to support digital marketing activities. The innovation, Human Resources, and self-development factors show that they are ready but need improvement so that the digital marketing process can be carried out correctly.

Abstract

PRAKERIN atau Praktik Kerja Industri adalah proses penerapan dari pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk menyelesaikan problema nyata. Sehingga PRAKERIN menjadi salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia pada suatu instansi atau perusahaan. Pengelolaan PRAKERIN yang berjalan di Kantor Desa Madigondo saat ini masih dilakukan menggunakan dokumen fisik. Hal tersebut memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan dalam pencatatan data dan dokumen PRAKERIN. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada, agar pengelolaan kegiatan PRAKERIN di Kantor Desa Madigondo lebih tersistematis, terorganisir dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem ini adalah metode RAD (Rapid Application Development). Sistem Informasi Manajemen Praktik Kerja Industri Berbasis Web dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel, sedangkan menggunakan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Tools yang digunakan dalam proses pembuatan sistem ini ialah XAMPP sebagai database server dan Visual Studio Code sebagai text editor. Pada pengujian sistem mengunakan Black Box Testing guna menguji bagian fungsionalitas perangkat lunak. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Manajemen Praktik Kerja Industri tidak mengalami sistem error ataupun bug. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi dibangun sesuai dengan tujuan utama dan siap diimplementasikan agar PRAKERIN di Kantor Desa Madigondo berjalan menjadi lebih tersistematis, terorganisir dan efisien.

Abstract

Industrial work practice or industrial Internship is applying knowledge and skills to solve real problems. It becomes one of the efforts to improve the quality of human resources in an agency or company. Managing the industrial Internship at PT Artha Abadi is still being carried out using physical documents. This allows errors to occur in recording Industrial Internship data and documents. This study aimed to overcome existing problems so that the management of Industrial Internship activities at PT Artha Abadi is more systematic, organized and efficient. The method used in creating this system is the Extreme Programming method which aims to increase effectiveness and efficiency in the software development process. The Industrial Internship Management Application is built using the Laravel framework and MySQL as its database. The tools used to create this system are XAMPP as a database server and Visual Studio Code for a text editor, in system testing using Black Box Testing to test the software's functionality. Testing shows that the Industrial Internship Management Application does not experience system errors or bugs. The results of this study show that the application is built according to the main objectives and is ready to be implemented so that the Industrial Internship at PT Artha Abadi runs more systematically, organized, and efficiently.

Abstract

The growth of online sales businesses by utilizing E-Commerce is increasing rapidly. One way that can be used as a tool to face competition is to apply Business Intelligence as a basis for making the right business strategy decisions. Indofishing Shop is an online shop selling various fishing gear and equipment. So far, online sales transaction data processing uses Microsoft Excel, which has created problems with the need for more information to analyze product trends. This research applies Business Intelligence to detect data extracted and collected in a data warehouse. The data will be analyzed statistically and visualized using Microsoft Power BI. Data warehouse design uses Kimball's Nine-Step method. The results of this research are in the form of a visualization dashboard that is used to analyze sales trends for the most sold fishing equipment products from the Indofishing Shop. Diagram visualization helps Indofishing understand the trend conditions of the most in-demand products and the cities of origin of the buyers who buy the most products.
