Abstract

RSUD KH. Daud Arif Pada Tahun 2018 belum dapat melaksanakan pengajuan klaim sesuai waktu yang sudah ditetapkan. Klaim diajukan >N-3 yang artinya dilaksanakan lebih dari 3 (tiga) bulan untuk 1 (satu) bulan pelayanan, hal tersebut dapat terjadi karena permasalahan dari dalam rumah sakit. Hasil studi eksplorasi ditemukan bahwa permasalahan berasal dari bagian penunjang yang merupakan kelengkapan dokumen klaim belum lengkap saat pasien pulang perawatan sehingga memerlukan waktu tambahan untuk menyelesaikannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Analisis Faktor Penyebab Keterlambatan Penyerahan Klaim BPJS di RSUD KH. Daud Arif Kab. Tanjab Barat Tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah 16 orang yang diwawancarai, terdiri dari 7 orang petugas pembuat SEP serta melengkapi berkas, 3 orang petugas koder, dan 3 orang petugas entry klaim ke aplikasi INA CBGs. Untuk informan pendukung berjumlah 3 orang terdiri dari kepala Bidang Keuangan BPJS Kesehatan cabang Jambi 1 orang, Kepala Bidang Manajemen Rujukan BPJS Kesehatyan Cabang Jambi, dan Direktur RSUD KH. Daud Arif Kab. Tanjab Barat. SDM dalam menyelesaikan pengkodingan, mengentry Sep Dan melengkapi klaim dan  mengentry Klaim Ke Aplikasi Ina CBG?s dengan kinerja petugas yang cukup baik dimana hanya terkendala pada sarana dan prasarana yang dipakai. Metode yang digunakan dalam poengajuan klaim sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). proses yang digunakan dalam poengajuan klaim sesuai dengan SOP dimulai dari pengambilan no antrian, pembuat SEP, melakukan entry koding sesuai dengan ICD 9 CM dan ICD 10. lalu kasiin ke pihak entry. Terdapat beberapa kendala yang mempengaruhi proses keterlambatan pengajuan klaim diantaranya internet sering terputus kekurangan tenaga serta Status lambat turun karena resume belum lengkap.

Abstract

This study analyzes patient safety and compliance with implementing SOPs in inpatient rooms. The research method used in this study is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study are that the manager's expectations and patient safety promotion actions have been implemented, organizational learning and improvements are evaluated in the form of online questionnaires, feedback, and communication about errors, and not all staff understand the procedures for reporting patient safety incidents, the openness of communication with superiors has been carried out well, and superiors provide positive reciprocal responses, there is no blaming response when reporting patient safety incidents from superiors or related parties, and the implementation of SOPs in the ward has not been carried out optimally and not all staff understand and implement them well. In conclusion, the implementation of SOPs on patient safety has been carried out well by all aspects of health workers in the hospital. Keywords: Patient Safety Culture, SOPs, Hospitals

Abstract

The balance between the number of nursing staff and workload is crucial to ensure the quality of healthcare services. A mismatch between staffing levels and workload can lead to fatigue, decreased performance, and reduced quality of care. This study aims to analyze the calculation of nursing staff requirements using the Workload Indicator of Staffing Need (WISN) method in the inpatient units of Mitra Guray Petumbukan General Hospital. The specific objectives are to determine the available working time, existing human resource categories, workload standards, allowance standards, and the number of nurses required based on actual workload. This research employs a quantitative descriptive method with an observational approach, involving 20 nurses as the sample. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document review of nursing activities, and analyzed using the WISN components, namely available working time, workload standards, and allowance factors. The results showed that the available working time was 3,132 hours per year, with an average of 9 nurses on the morning shift and 6 nurses on the night shift. The total staffing requirement based on the WISN calculation was 22.1 nurses, while the actual number of nurses was 20, resulting in a WISN ratio of 0.9, indicating a shortage of two nurses. The study concludes that the number of nurses in the inpatient units of Mitra Guray Petumbukan General Hospital is not yet fully balanced with the existing workload. It is recommended that the hospital add more nursing staff, organize work schedules more proportionally, and regularly evaluate workload to maintain the quality of nursing services.
