Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the effect of net income and the Debt Ratio on Equity to Dividends at PT. Adaro Energy Tbk 2010-2017. The technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The population used in this study is the financial statements of PT. Adaro Energy Tbk, which is listed on the IDX. And the sample from financial statements is available for 32 periods (quarterly). The results of the determination coefficient test (R2) of 0.253 can be interpreted that the effect of Net Profit and Debt To Equity Ratio to Dividend is 25.3%. The remaining 74.4% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.503, indicating that there is a moderate relationship between Net Profit and Debt To Equity Ratio with Dividends. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0.015 <0.05 which means that together the value of Net Profit (X1) and Debt To Equity Ratio (X2) have a significant effect on dividends (Y). Based on the t test shows that Net Profit (X1) does not significantly influence dividend (Y), Debt To Equity Ratio (X2) does not significantly influence dividend (Y).

Abstract

Jurusan SESA FKIP Universitas Jambi Laboratory is a provider of academic support facilities that can be borrowed by students. The laboratory equipment is in the form of teaching aids, multimedia devices, performance costumes, musical instruments, metal detectors, theodolites and so on. However, the service system is still manual, making it difficult for students to borrow facilities and access the laboratory. To overcome this, an innovation was made in the laboratory service system. The solution applied is the utilisation of information technology, the Lynk.id platform. Lynk.id itself resembles a simple website. The method used in this activity is the Addie Model. The results of activities to improve the effectiveness of SESA Laboratory services through the use of the Lynk.id digital platform have gone well. This activity also shows that digital technology-based service innovation through Lynk.id can be an effective solution in answering challenges in increasing the effectiveness of laboratory services and management in the university environment.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melestarikan permainan tradisional sebagai warisan budaya lokal sekaligus meningkatkan kesadaran budaya pada siswa SDN. 046417 Naman, Kecamatan Naman Teran, Kabupaten Karo, Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahapan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, demonstrasi, pelatihan, dan perlombaan permainan tradisional. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa permainan tradisional seperti egrang, lari batok, gasing, dan lompat karet mampu menumbuhkan nilai karakter pada siswa, antara lain sportivitas, kerja sama, kejujuran, serta ketekunan. Selain itu, keterlibatan siswa dalam permainan tradisional terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran budaya dan kebersamaan, sekaligus menjadi langkah awal untuk mengurangi ketergantungan anak terhadap gadget. Dengan demikian, pelestarian permainan tradisional dapat dijadikan media edukatif dan kultural dalam membentuk generasi muda yang berkarakter serta beridentitas budaya yang kuat.
