Abstract

Legal protection is an activity to protect individuals by harmonising the relationship of values or rules that manifest in attitudes and actions in creating order in the association of life between fellow human beings. Basically, the existence of criminal law serves to regulate matters relating to criminal offences or crimes, one of which is the crime of sexual violence. One of the most vulnerable parties to sexual violence is minors who are still under the age of 18. Forms of sexual violence that often occur in children are generally in the form of sexual abuse, making physical contact by holding and touching the sexual parts of children, having intimate relationships with children, sex trafficking, showing pornographic films to children, and masturbating in front of children. This study aims to obtain a more in-depth description of the legal protection for child victims of sexual violence in Jambi City, the obstacles found in legal protection for child victims of sexual violence and the efforts made to overcome the obstacles found. The method used in this research is empirical research method, while the approach used in this research is socio legal research. The data collection method in this study uses data sources in the form of field data sources and library data sources.  The conclusion in this study is that legal protection for child victims of sexual violence in Jambi City is carried out preventively and also repressively. The obstacles found in legal protection for child victims of sexual violence in Jambi City are the lack of public understanding of the importance of legal protection for children who are victims of sexual violence, as well as the lack of evidence in handling the case. Efforts made to overcome the obstacles found are to provide socialisation in private to increase public understanding of the importance of legal protection

Abstract

In criminology, many theories have developed to examine why someone commits a crime, while generally other people do not. In principle, these theories conclude that a person's crime can originate from within the person, both physically and psychologically, or the crime can originate from outside the person, in this case crime is considered to originate from the behavior patterns of the community around the person's life. this, as well as because of the inequality in society's economic system. Criminals (criminals) are the subject of criminology. Understanding what drives a person to commit a crime or crime is the goal of criminology. Is this person's propensity to commit crime since childhood truly a skill, or is it more likely the result of the sociological and economic circumstances of the surrounding environment. Therefore, it is vital to understand the motivation behind the crime and seek causes and solutions during the sentencing process to prevent repeat offenses. This research expects to get a more top to bottom picture of the business as usual of criminal demonstrations of robbery of elastic by youngsters in the Tebo Ulu Police Lawful Region, what variables cause criminal demonstrations of burglary of elastic by kids in the Legitimate Region of the Tebo Ulu Police, and endeavors to defeat them. in the wrongdoing of robbery of elastic plastic by kids in the Tebo Ulu Police Lawful Region. Abstract

A mass attack is a series of demonstrations of crimes carried out jointly by a group that cause non-physical or real harm resulting in injury or befalling someone. In this study the author touches on the Elucidating Scientific strategy, which is a technique that is able to obtain top to bottom information on an event that focuses on cycles and collaborates directly with the item being researched to obtain a broad and precise picture and will. reach a decision, and use Purposive Testing techniques, namely deciding on rarely chosen tests that involve special considerations according to the exploration objectives. Judging from the in-depth investigation, we can conclude that the wrongful act of beatings is remembered as a violation of the community's request as stated in Article 170 of the Criminal Code, where the number of wrongful acts of beatings is due to individual problems between two young people in the city, thus leading to beatings including every inhabitant of the city. This study aims to find out in more depth the efforts to suppress criminal demonstrations of beatings between residents of Sirih Sekapur City and Jelmu Island City carried out by the Jujuhan Police, Cairo Bungo, the deterrence of which is traced in the handling of criminal demonstrations of beatings and efforts to suppress them. Obstacles in handling criminal demonstrations include beatings between residents. Sirih Sekapur City and Jelmu Island City by Jujuhan Police, Bungo Regency. The exploration technique used is exact juridical testing with a social legitimacy exploration approach and a case approach. The information gathering strategy uses interviews. The end of this examination was that the Jujuhan Police, in handling criminal demonstrations of beatings between city residents, carried out training such as sambang, guiding, supervising, monitoring gang training, and fostering good relations between residents by holding football matches. The obstacles faced by the Jujuhan Police in handling criminal demonstrations of beatings between residents were a pessimistic attitude towards the police, the ease of being initiated by the community, and the absence of police. Regarding efforts to overcome obstacles, the Jujuhan Regional Police adopted an interesting strategy, collaborated with the city government, and expanded relief efforts by collaborating with individuals from the police force.
