Abstract

Implementasi Model Problem Based Learning berbantu Media Lego dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika SD. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi model problem based learning berbantu lego terhadap hasil belajar matematika kelas IV SDN Gabus 01 Gabus Pati Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dalam bentuk true experimental design, dengan rancangan pretest-posttest control groub design. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Jenis sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas IVA dan IVB. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dan tes. Hasil belajar siswa dilihat dari rata-rata nilai pretest yaitu pada kelas kontrol 64,25 menjadi 71,25 pada nilai posttest. Sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen dilihat dari rata-rata nilai pretest yaitu 54,75 menjadi 80,25 pada nilai posttest. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui thitung lebih besar daripada ttabel (2,394 < 2,023) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulanya bahwa implementasi model problem based learning mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika SD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya nilai mata pelajaran IPAS pada siswa kelas IV dan kurangnya variasi dalam metode dan media pembelajaran. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran talking stick berbantu media kokami terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri Kauman 03 Batang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Kauman 03 Batang (25 siswa). Desain penelitian adalah one group pretest-posttest design. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes siswa dari aspek kognitif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari model pembelajaran talking stick berbantu media kokami terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Rata-rata pretest adalah 56,20 dan rata-rata posttest adalah 73. Hal ini menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar setelah penerapan metode tersebut. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar penggunaan model pembelajaran talking stick berbantu media kokami dapat diimplementasikan oleh guru untuk menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang aktif, kreatif, dan menyenangkan, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa secara positif.

Abstract

Konteks penelitian yang mendorong penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peran guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Guru perlu meningkatkan empat kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh tenaga pendidik. Salah satunya kompetensi pedagogik guru karena sangat berkaitan dengan pengelolaan pembelajaran peserta didik di dalam kelas. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui guru mengimplementasikan kompetensi pedagogik dalam Kurikulum Merdeka di kelas IV SDN 1 Tanggel. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian pada penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik  pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam Kurikulum Merdeka di kelas IV SDN 1 Tanggel sudah terpenuhi secara menyeluruh. Dari ke sembilan indikator kompetensi pedagogik, ada dua indikator yang cukup baik. Sedangkan tujuh indikator yang lainnya sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan optimal sesuai dengan indikator yang harus dicapai dari kompetensi tersebut.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of academic supervision, work motivation, and pedagogical competence on the quality of learning at public elementary schools in Temanggung Subdistrict, Temanggung Regency. Using a quantitative approach and correlational design, data were collected through questionnaires from 173 elementary school teachers and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that all three variables have a significant impact on the quality of learning, with academic supervision contributing 29.2%, work motivation 25.4%, and pedagogical competence 41.1%. Simultaneously, these three variables contribute 49.6%. The multiple regression test indicates a significant improvement with an F-value of 57.459 and a significance level of 0.000. It is recommended that school principals enhance academic supervision and teacher competency development. Abstract

This study examines the impact of transformational leadership, teacher compensation, and school organizational climate on kindergarten teacher performance in Temanggung Regency. Using a quantitative approach and survey method, data were collected from 146 teachers across three districts and analyzed with descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results show that transformational leadership contributes 21.0%, teacher compensation 35.3%, and school organizational climate 37.2% to teacher performance. Together, these factors explain 55.4% of the variance in performance. The findings suggest that improving principal leadership quality, increasing teacher compensation, and enhancing the school climate are crucial to boosting teacher performance. It is recommended that the local education office focus on strengthening these areas to improve teacher performance in Temanggung Regency. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the principal's role, work motivation, and work culture on the performance of teachers in junior high schools in the Kandangan District, Temanggung Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population of this study consists of 105 junior high school teachers from five schools in the Kandangan District, with a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring the variables of the principal's role, work motivation, work culture, and teacher performance. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the principal's role, work motivation, and work culture significantly affect teacher performance, with a total contribution of 73.5%. An effective principal's role, high motivation, and a positive work culture are necessary to improve teacher performance.
