Abstract

Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja merupakan dua faktor yang diduga relative besar dalam mempengaruhi Kinerja pada PT. Prayoga Mandiri Sukses. Untuk membuktikan pengaruh keduanya maka dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahuiPengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Prayoga Mandiri Sukses. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Prayoga Mandiri Sukses. yang berlokasi di Desa Pasir angina-Cileungsi. dengan mengambil 40 Karyawan sebagai sampel penelitian yang dihitung menggunakan Rumus sampel jenuh dari total populasi 40 Karyawan . Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan instrument kuesioner online lima skala penilaian dari sangat tidak setuju sampai sangat setuju. Penelitian dilakukan denganmenganalisis data dibantu Statistik (SPSS Versi 22). Kuantitatif yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan data penelitian dan melakukan analisis inferensi. Instrument variabel meliputi uji validitas dan uji reabilitas serta uji asumsi klasik. Metode analisis regresi linier ganda digunakan sebagai alat analisis sedangkan hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji-t dan uji-F. Penelitian menghasilkan dua temuan utama sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan, yaitu: Motivasi terdapat pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut maka untuk meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan disarankan agar dilakukan upaya peningkatan Motivasi Disiplin Kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of work ethic, leadership and professionalism on employee performance of PT Lion Air. The research hypothesis is that the work ethic, leadership and professionalism partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT Lion Air. The method used in this research is descriptive verification. The sample in this study was 30 people, which was calculated by Slovin Formula. The result of research mentioned that work ethic, leadership and professionalism partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT Lion Air. From the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.717, it means that the three independent variables give the influence/contribution of 71.7% to the increase in performance, the remaining 28.3% influenced by other factors. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of effective communication and coordination through work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people or 25% of the total population of 400 people. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method. Methods of data analysis using the Classical Assumption Test, Regression Test, Determination Coefficient, Hypothesis Test and Path Analysis. The test results show that effective communication and direct coordination have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Effective communication and direct coordination have a positive and significant effect on performance. Indirectly effective communication and coordination through work motivation have no significant effect on performance. The total effect of effective communication on performance through work motivation is equal to 0.327 and the effect of coordination on performance through work motivation is 0.588. The total value of R2 is 0.593 or 59.3%, meaning that communication is effective, coordination and motivation are able to explain the performance of 59%, the remaining 40.7% is explained by other variables. Keywords: effective communication, coordination, work motivation and performance
