Abstract

The platform business model is currently becoming a concern, because it is quickly becoming a new tool in business strategy as a place to form ecosystems, making it easier to meet both sides, namely demand and supply. In Indonesia the online transportation-based platform business model is already underway, even one of the online motorcycle taxi companies already has assets in excess of 1 billion dollars and is known as a Unicorn company. In terms of demand for ojek online, it is required to provide alternative solutions to existing transportation systems, which in turn will provide satisfaction to online motorcycle taxi customers. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence the level of customer satisfaction. There were identified five factors that influence the level of customer satisfaction, namely: security and convenience (X1); service (X2); timeliness (X3); ease of ordering (X4) and price suitability (X5). The research method uses quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis approach to find out these factors to customer satisfaction (Y). Based on statistical tests, partially (t test) can be obtained that the price suitability factor (X5) has a significant effect on the level of customer satisfaction (Y). While together (F test), safety factors and comfort, service, timeliness, ease of ordering, and price suitability have a significant effect on the level of satisfaction of the online motorcycle taxi platform business model. Abstrak Model bisnis platform saat ini sedang menjadi perhatian, karena dengan cepat menjadi alat baru di dalam strategi bisnis sebagai tempat untuk membentuk ekosistem, sehingga lebih mudah untuk memenuhi dari dua sisi, yaitu permintaan dan pasokan. Di Indonesia model bisnis platform berbasis transportasi online sudah berjalan, bahkan salah satu perusahaan ojek online sudah memiliki aset di atas 1 miliar dolar dan dijuluki perusahaan unicorn. Dari sisi permintaan ojek online dituntut dapat memberikan alternatif solusi terhadap sistem transportasi yang ada, yang pada gilirannya adalah memberikan tingkat kepuasan kepada pelanggan ojek online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Diidentifikasi ada lima faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan, yaitu: keamanan dan kenyamanan (X1); pelayanan (X2); ketepatan waktu (X3); kemudahan pemesanan (X4) dan kesesuaian harga (X5). Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Berdasarkan uji statistik, secara parsial (uji t) di dapat hasil bahwa faktor kesesuaian harga (X5) berpengaruh nyata terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Sementara secara bersama-sama (uji F), faktor keamanan dan kenyamanan, pelayanan, ketepatan waktu, kemudahan pemesanan, dan kesesuaian harga berpengaruh nyata terhadap tingkat kepuasan model bisnis platform ojek online. Abstract

The creative economy is a promising sector of economic growth and can become a new national economic power in the future. Contributions to the National GDP continue to increase from year to year. In 2016, the creative economy sector was able to contribute 7.44 percentages to the National GDP or a total of 922.59 trillion. One of the most important factors in the growth of the creative economy is human capital. Human capital is a stock of people in the form of education, skills and health so as to provide productivity which in turn will provide added value and economic value in the form of increased output and economic growth, including creative economic growth. The purpose of this study is to determine the role and influence of human capital on creative economic growth. The research method uses panel data on the basis of economic theory regarding human capital and economic growth theory. Secondary data sources were taken from BEKFRAF and BPS for GRDP data of five provinces during the period of 2011-2016. Human capital indicators used in this study are the number of people working in the creative economy sector and the Human Development Index (HDI). HDI represents the three basic human dimensions, namely the dimension of longevity and health, the dimension of knowledge, and the standard dimension of living standards. Economic growth using GRDP data. From the estimation results of research that human capital factors contribute positively to the growth of the creative economy. Abstrak Ekonomi kreatif merupakan sektor yang menjanjikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan dapat menjadi kekuatan baru ekonomi nasional di masa yang akan datang. Kontribusi terhadap PDB Nasional terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Pada tahun 2016, sektor ekonomi kreatif mampu meyumbang 7,44 persen terhadap PDB Nasional atau total sebesar 922,59 triliun. Salah satu faktor yang paling penting di dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif adalah human capital. Human capital merupakan stock dari manusia yang berupa pendidikan, ketrampilan dan kesehatan sehingga dapat memberikan produktivitas yang pada gilirannya akan memberikan nilai tambah dan nilai ekonomi berupa peningkatan output dan pertumbuhan ekonomi, termasuk pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran dan pengaruh human capital terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif. Metode penelitian menggunakan data panel dengan basis teori ekonomi mengenai human capital dan teori pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sumber data sekunder diambil dari BEKFRAF dan BPS untuk data PDRB lima provinsi selama rentang waktu 2011 – 2016. Indikator human capital yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah penduduk yang bekerja di sektor ekonomi kreatif dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). IPM mewakili tiga dimensi dasar manusia, yaitu dimensi umur panjang dan sehat, dimensi pengetahuan, dan dimensi standar layak hidup. Pertumbuhan ekonomi menggunakan data PDRB. Dari hasil estimasi penelitian bahwa faktor human capital memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif. Kata Kunci : Human capital, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Kreatif, Data Panel

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether the knowledge economy and culture are able to overcome the problems of economic resilience and sustainable development in Indonesia. The knowledge economy is a knowledge-based development built on a knowledge framework, while the cultural economy is based on a cultural economy framework. Economic resilience is needed so that sustainable development can run well. Economic resilience is able to maintain economic growth while strengthening sustainable development with the procedures of the knowledge economy and cultural economy. The research method uses Generalized Least Square regression estimation to measure the influence of knowledge economy and culture variables on economic resilience and sustainable development in Indonesia. From the results of the study, the variables of the knowledge economy and culture have a positive and significant effect on economic resilience and sustainable development in Indonesia. This study includes the variables of education, technology, innovation, aspects of democracy, and cultural heritage as proxies for the knowledge economy and culture. Sustainable development requires sustainable economic resilience in addition to the knowledge economy and culture. Sustainable economic resilience through technology and innovation will be able to survive and develop again so that sustainable development can continue to run and overcome shocks that will always appear in the economic cycle. The addition of determinants of innovation, cultural economy and sustainable development in Indonesia can strengthen the economic resilience variables and complement economic resilience to be better and unique.

Abstract

Knowledge and culture-based development is carried out by relying on knowledge and cultural resources as development capital. Development policy scenarios are needed to carry out development programs. Some of the development programs outlined in the national development plan are strengthening economic resilience for quality and equitable growth, reducing income inequality and alleviating poverty, as well as increasing competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to determine the priority scale based on economic development policy scenarios on the basis of knowledge and cultural resources in Indonesia. The research method is MCDA decision analysis (Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis) with the PROMETHEE method (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation). PROMETHEE is a sequencing method based on a binary relationship between two or more alternatives. Meanwhile, to calculate the score of each program and development objectives, the primary component analysis technique is used. The data used is secondary data which is mostly sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The results of the research show that the knowledge and culture-based development scenarios based on the sequence are as follows. First, strengthening economic resilience and increasing GRDP per capita. Second, increasing competitiveness, and third is reducing income inequality and the number of the poor.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of technology on regional economic development as well as prove whether technology can cause income inequality in Indonesia. This research method uses panel data regression estimation. Panel data is a combination of cross section and time series data. Meanwhile, a technology index was calculated based on indicators of smartphone, internet and computer use to see the characteristics of the technological dimensions of each province in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data from provinces throughout Indonesia for the 2016-2022 time period. The data source was taken from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency. The panel data regression estimation results are estimated  smartphone owners ratio and computer user rasio do not affect regional income inequality significantly meanwhile internet access rasio affect regional income inequality partially. All variables affected regional Income simultaneously or tecnological progress has affected regional income inequality in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menggali lebih dalam mengenai peran fintech dan e-commerce terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM dan Industri Kreatif melalui penilaian e-bisnis model pada Modalku dan Blanja .com dalam mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM dan industry kreatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan melakukan beberapa paparan mengenai kebijakan, prosedur, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi untuk platform Modalku (fintech) dan Blanja.com (e-commerce). Hasil yang didapat adalah kebijakan pemerintah mendukung dan mempermudah terbentuknya platform fintech dan e-commerce, prosedur perusahaan yang menjaga kerahasiaan dan keamanan untuk e-commerce dan kepastian hukum di fintech mendukung amannya penggunaan platform tersebut. Pelaksanaan yang dilakukan yang diukur dengan empat kriteria yaitu infrastructure management, product innovation, customer relationship, dan financial aspect sangat membantu UMKM dan Industri kreatif untuk mendapatkan dana dan menyalurkan produk ke pasar.
