Abstract

Pain is an unpleasant state of feeling. It is very subjective because the pain is differentto everyone in terms of scale or level. Pain is very disturbing and complicates more peoplethan any disease. Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience resulting fromactual or potential tissue damage. The research design used was quasy experiment with onegroup pretest-posttest appproach. The population in this study is all of maternal pain firststage of active phase since May to Agust at maternity Clinic Midwife Elviana. The sample inthis study were 20 maternal pain first stage of active phase. The sampling technique in thisresearch is consecutive sampling.The results showed the average of labor pain before thecounterpressure massage was 8,3 (severe pain) with a scale of 7-9. The mean of labor painafter the counterpressure massage was 5,1 (moderate pain) on a 3-7 scale. The data analysisshowed that the significance was less than 5 % (p = 0,000 < 0,05). So it can be concluded thatmassage counterpressure techniques effective againts the reduction of maternal pain when thefirst stage of active phase in the maternity hospital Bulan Mulya Perawang. The reseacherhope to maternity hospital Bulan Mulya Perawang this counterpressure massage can be usedas part of midwifery care as a reduction of pain in the maternal pain first stage of activephase.

Abstract

Pengeringan metode penjemuran biji kakao mempunyai banyak kelemahan seperti tergantung pada cuaca sehingga pengeringan memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama, dan biji kakao kurang dijamin kebersihannya. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut digunakan alat pengering tipe bak, dari pemanfaatan panas dari energi biomassa dari kayu Gamal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh variasi pengumpaman bahan bakar pada pengering mekanis tipe bak selama pengeringan biji kakao. Hasil pengujian pengumpaman kayu bakar 0.75 kg/jam pada tungku untuk mengeringkan biji kakao menghasilkan suhu diruang pengering 53.26 °C dan menurunkan kadar air dari 51.18 %bb sampai 7 %bb biji lamanya pengeringan selama 15 jam. Sementara itu, input pengumpaman kayu bakar 0.5 kg/jam pada tungku udara panas tersalurkan  diruang  pengering 50.99 °C, dan kadar air diturunkan dari 50.34 %bb hingga 7,5 %bb dengan lamanya pengeringan selama 16 jam. Secara keseluruhan laju pengeringan dari tiap pengujian menunjukkan 2.67 %bb/jam dan 2.94 %bb/jam. Konsumsi energi spesifik pada perlakukan laju bahan bakar 0.5 kg/jam dan 0.75 kg/jam masing adalah sebesar 33197.65 kj/kgair yang diuapkan dan 48647.13 kj/kgair yang diuapkan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa, pengaruh kinerja terhadap pemberian variasi bahan bakar selama pengeringan biji kakao bahwa,  kinerja yang diperoleh alat pengering tipe bak terbaik pada laju bahan bakar 0.75 kg/jam dari pada laju bahan 0.5 kg/jam. Dampak pengumpaman bahan bakar yang terkendali menunjukkan penggunaan energi lebih efektif dan waktu pengeringan yang cepat.

Abstract

The Sasak tribe, which almost entirely inhabits the island of Lombok, is a tribe that is strong in preserving their culture and customs, we can find this in the nyongkolan tradition which is still carried out today. This study was studied with the aim of finding out the role of the family in producing and reconstructing the nyongkolan culture which lives as a tradition passed down from generation to generation in the Sasak tribal community. The approach in this study uses an ethnographic approach which is used to holistically understand nyongkolan culture. This research succeeded in finding data that there is an intense role of the family in reproducing and reconstructing the nyongkolan culture in Mataram.
