Abstract

Cheating or fraud are unlawful acts committedintentionally for a particular purpose (manipulation ormisrepresentation of another party) done by persons from withinor outside the organization for personal or group gain directlyor indirectly other parties. Many of the fraud determinants,including internal control systems, information asymmetry, lawenforcement, organizational commitment.In this regard, thepurpose of this study is to analyze which of the variables XIinternal control system, information asymmetry X2, X3 lawenforcement, and organizational commitment X4, as adeterminant of fraud on the Department of Public Works andSpatial Planning (DPU & PR) ) Malang city This research wasconducted in the Office of DPU & PR Malang. A sample of 102Civil Servants was taken randomly. Data were collected throughquestionnaires given directly to respondents. Analysis techniqueusing factor analysis. Prior to the analysis, first tested thevalidity and reliability. The result of this research proves thatthe determinant of fraud occurrence in Public Works andSpatial Planning (DPU & PR) Malang City is, first there isinformation asymmetry (existence of unbalanced information)between party of DPU & PR with stakeholders. Where the DPU& PR have more and better information about the activities itdoes than the stakeholders. The main indicator as a determinantof the variable asymmetry of information is that "only theinternal agency that knows all the information related to thetransaction financial statements". Secondly, there is inconsistentlaw enforcement in the handling of regulatory violations. Themain indicator as a determinant of law enforcement variables isthat "in DPU & PR, officials are inconsistent in handlingregulatory violations".Keywords: internal control system, information asymmetry, lawenforcement, organizational commitment, cheating

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance. To analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance. To analyze the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The population in the study were all 30 employees of Taman Dayu Golf Club & Resort in the Housekeeping department. Samples were taken using a saturated sampling technique where the total population was used as the sample. The research method uses data analysis techniques using validity, reliability, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression using SPSS statistics. Based on the research results, the validity and reliability tests were proven to be significant and reliable. From the results of the t test, it is known that partially work discipline and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, based on the results of the F test research, it is known that simultaneously work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.Key words: Work discipline, work motivation, employee performance AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah semua karyawan Taman Dayu Golf Club & Resort bagian Housekeeping sebanyak 30 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dimana jumlah populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Metode penelitian pada teknik analisis data dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda menggunakan statistik dengan SPSS. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian uji validitas dan reliabilitas terbukti signifikan juga reliabel. Pada hasil uji t diketahui bahwa secara parsial disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja bepengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji F diketahui bahwa secara simultan disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci: Disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The author's aim is to determine the effect of total asset turnover on pharmaceutical companies profit growth listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The methods used by the author in conducting this research are the descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing was carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. This study population was all pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020–2022, with the number of samples taken according to the researcher's criteria of 10 pharmaceutical companies. Partial research results show that the Total Assets Turnover variable has a significant effect on profit growth in pharmaceutical companies. In the determination test, the adjusted R square result was 0.168, which means that 16.8% of the independent variable (X) consisting of Total Assets Turnover/TATO (X) can explain the dependent variable, namely profit growth (Y), and the remaining 83.2% is influenced by other factors that are not explained by this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterampilan komunikasi dan penguasaan teknologi terhadap kinerja tenaga harian lepas dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan Kota Pasuruan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dengan skala likert. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel purposive sampling yang merupakan tenaga harian lepas di dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan. Teknik analisis data dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa uji validitas adalah valid dan uji reliabilitas juga reliabel. Pada hasil penelitian secara parsial keterampilan komunikasi dan penguasaan teknologi terhadap kinerja menunjukkan bahwa model regresi berpengaruh signifikan. Hasil penelitian secara simultan keterampilan komunikasi dan penguasaan teknologi terhadap kinerja menunjukkan bahwa model regresi berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi dan penguasaan teknologi belum tentu meningkatkan kinerja, jika tidak disertai dengan konteks kerja yang mendukung, pelatihan yang memadai dan kesiapan adaptasi. Disarankan agar instansi terkait rutin menyelenggarakan pelatihan, melakukan evaluasi berkala dan mempertimbangkan variabel lain.
