Rumusan masalah ini adalah perencanaan pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan dapat meningkatkan kreativitas kegiatan usaha, faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian 6 orang terdiri dari 1 sebagai pengelola dan instruktur dan 5 warga belajar. Teknik analisis data pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian perencanaan program pelatihan terdiri dari identifikasi kebutuhan disesuaikan penetapan tujuan, kurikulum tidak berasal dari Dinas, sumber belajarnya tutor, identifikasi warga belajar menggunakan persyaratan, sumber dana berasal dari bantuan DINSPERINDAG, strategi tanya jawab, sarana dan prasarana memadai. Pelaksanaan program pelatihan alokasi waktu 6 jam/hari, tempat di UKM NINING, warga belajar 9 orang, instruktur 1, metode 25% teori dan 75% praktek, materi pelatihan sesuai kebutuhan , media alat mendukung, penilaiannya secara formatif dan sumatif, evaluasi pelatihan penilaian dan pendampingan, peningkatan kreativitas kegiatan usaha dengan memberi materi pengolahan pangan. Faktor pendukung bantuan dana dari Dinas PERINDAG, motivasi warga belajar, instruktur berpengalaman dan berkompeten, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Faktor penghambat waktu pelatihan lama, ruang praktek sempit dan bocor, warga belajar tergesa ? gesa mengikuti pembelajaran.The formulation of this problem is the planning of training, training implementation can enhance the creativity of business activity, enabling and inhibiting factors.
