Abstract

Research aims to create a draft of application based on customer relationship management (CRM) toimprove services on St carolus hospital in terms of criticism-suggestions, to create scheduling events and patient schedule for second time which is still less control. Research used survey, interview the parties concerned, aswell as analyzing the systems running on St Carolus hospital. Results of the research are application design that helps to improve the quality of the hospital service to the patient, application design that helps management in holding the event, and managing the input given by the visitor at ease. In conclusion, the application designhelps manage criticism and suggestions, make events, and intertwine relations with patients after medication or treatment.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang suatu system informasi persediaan. Metode penelitian adalah dengan melakukan analisa proses berjalan dengan melakukan studi literature, wawancara dan mendatakan masalah yang terjadi dan melakukan rancangan seperti merancang proses, aktifitas hingga rancangan user interface. Hasil penelitian ini adalah suatu rancangan system persediaan barang dimana pengguna dapat memantau persedian barang sehingga tidak terjadi kekurangan persediaan dan distribusi barang ke semua outlet bisa dikelola dengan baik sehingga tidak terjadi kelebihan persediaan.

Abstract

Over time, the development of technology in this digital era is growing very rapidly, so that our lives are made easier with the emergence of various kinds of applications. The problem in this research is that the company has difficulty in monitoring sales developments, the company has difficulty in developing markets to other areas, customers must come to the location to buy goods and pay cash. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based sales application for MSMEs. The method used in conducting the analysis is using SWOT while at the design stage using the waterfall method with UML tools. Applications designed to help MSMEs optimize their product sales activities, as well as make it easier for customers to place orders and payments and also increase and expand their business. The result of this research is that this UMKM e-commerce web application can help in monitoring orders, payments, and orders delivery.
