Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1. To know the Influence of Motivation, Education and Placement on Performance at Public Work Department and Housing of Kerinci Regency, 2. To know the amount of Influence of Motivation, Education and Placement on Performance of Public Works and Housing of Kerinci Regency Approach conducted in this study is a quantitative descriptive, because it describes the systematic facts and characteristics of objects and subjects are researched appropriately. The respondents in this study amounted to 90 people. This study uses data collection techniques that are field research and library research. The results showed that: Y = = 2,574 + 0,466X1 + 0,261X2 + 0,213X3. artimya that the variables Motivation, Education and Placement is improved then the performance of employees will increase. Result of calculation t calculate motivation 7,084, education 2,979 and placement 2,685 compared with t table 1,987 thus hence Ho refused and Ha accepted Mean that there are positive and significant influence between Motivation, Education and Placement to Performance at Department of Public Works and Housing of Kerinci Regency . Obtained f value counted 27,694 and compared with t table equal to 3,101 mean Motivation, Education and Placement effect on Employee Performance. While the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable to the devendent variable is 49.10% the remaining 50.90% influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Analisys of Intelegence Emotional of employees at Office Dinas Pendidikan Sungai Penuh City. This study aims to determine the Intelegence Emotional of employee work at early chilhood edication field of ation office of full river city. The Research methode research is qualitatif approach by doing interview method. The number of informants in this study is as many as seven people. Indicators for motivation variables based on Gibson opinions consisting of emphati, expectations and incentives. Based on the result showed that the employee’s Intelegence Emotional of is Good. Where this is contrary to the phenomenon that occuret in the research.

Abstract

"This study aims to determine the effect of the application of electronic government on the quality of Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kerinci. The formulation of the problem proposed is: Is there an Effect of the Application of Electronic Government on the Quality of Public Services in the Kerinci Regency Population and Civil Registry Office? How big is the effect of the application of electronic government on the quality of public services ?. Where the research results are based on the analysis of the independent variable Application of Electronic Government to the Quality of Public Services, where the value of t arithmetic is 0.960 with a significance level of 0.344> 0.05% or t arithmetic 0.960 <t table 2.733, then Ho is rejected Ha is accepted which means the Application of Electronic Government has no significant effect on the Quality of Public Services. Furthermore, based on the coefficient table it is known that the influence of Electronic Government on Service Quality is 0.085. Based on the analysis of the Electronic Government independent variable above it is known that the R Square value of 0.085 which means that the influence between Electronic Government, Against Quality of Service is 8.5%.

Abstract

The research in this thesis aims to find out the authority of investigators in the investigation of beatings in the Kerinci Criminal Investigation Unit. This research was conducted in the Kerinci Police Precinct Criminal Investigation Section, the research method used was juridical empirical by using data collection techniques through field studies namely conducting direct interviews with investigators / auxiliary investigators of Kerinci Polres Satreskrim as well as interviews with victims and suspects of beating crimes, determination of iformans in research This uses a purposive technique and literature study by reading documents relating to the problem under study to look for concepts, theories, opinions or findings related to the subject matter. Based on the results of the study, conclusions are obtained, reports / complaints in this case the report must be studied first and then followed up. Second, secure the suspect, secure evidence. Third, check the identity, do not make mistakes, the wrong catch, wrong arrest can harm someone who does not know anything. All four arrests must have evidence or other conditions that support the arrest can be made. The five fingerprints need to be done especially on victims who have died if the victim's identity is unknown, on the evidence can also be fingerprinted to find out the identity of the perpetrator. The sixth summoned witnesses or suspects for questioning. Investigators gave summons, but if they were not met three times, the investigator could summon by force. Seventh termination of an investigation can be carried out if there is not enough evidence but if later evidence is found, the investigation can continue.
