Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi tentunya sangat mempengaruhi bagaimana suatu instansi atau organisasi melakukan suatu pekerjaan. Pekerjaan yang pada mulanya membutuhkan banyak langkah untuk menyelesaikannya, dapat diubah menjadi lebih efisien dengan menggunakan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah pihak rumah sakit terutama pada bagian Evaluasi dan Laporan dalam mengumpulkan dokumen-dokumen untuk bahan evaluasi dan bahan pembuat laporan. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan dari penelitian ini, dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi yang berguna untuk menjadi media pengumpulan dokumen. Alur pembuatan aplikasi ini mengadopsi alur dalam metode waterfall. dalam perancangan aplikasi, akan digunakan beberapa diagram UML yang sudah sering digunakan dalam pemodelan perangkat lunak. Untuk pembuatan aplikasi akan digunakan framework Codeigniter versi 3 yang menyajikan pola desain arsitektur model, view, controller (MVC) yang dapat memudahkan untuk pengembangan aplikasi selanjutnya.

Abstract

The development of information technology has made significant contributions to various fields, including the fishing industry. The Marine and Fisheries Office of West Sumatra Province, particularly in the Field of Enhancing Marine and Fisheries Competitiveness, requires an effective and efficient fish marketing and processing application to improve the competitiveness and productivity of fishermen in West Sumatra. This study aims to design a fish marketing and processing application using an object-oriented approach. This approach is chosen for its ability to model systems more naturally and intuitively, as well as facilitate system maintenance and future development. In the design of this application, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method is used to visualize the system design. UML provides a set of diagrams that can comprehensively depict the structure and behavior of the system. Some of the diagrams used include use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. This application is built based on the information needs regarding fish prices, ornamental fish, restaurants, fish exports, and various fish products by the community, business actors, and the government, monitoring all fishery products online, and facilitating field officers in data entry.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is an important aspect that determines the success of a business, including restaurants. In order to improve service quality, a system is needed that is able to analyze customer satisfaction levels effectively. This research aims to implement the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in a decision-making system to evaluate and analyze customer satisfaction at Padang Restaurants. The SAW method was chosen because of its ability to provide assessments based on predetermined criteria and weights so that each value of the sum of the weights of the results obtained will be the final decision. This system uses several main criteria, such as food quality, cleanliness, service, price and atmosphere of the place. Input data in the form of customer assessments against each criterion is processed using the SAW method to produce satisfaction level ratings. The research results show that this system is able to provide accurate analysis results and assist restaurant management in making strategic decisions to improve service. Thus, implementing the SAW method in customer satisfaction analysis can be an effective solution in supporting quality management in the culinary industry. The final result was that the highest score was obtained from customer III with a value of 1, customer 2 with a value of 0.84 and customer III obtained a value of 0.7025.

Abstract

Spring sources play a crucial role in meeting clean water needs, especially for the operational sustainability of the Talago Depot. Selection of optimal spring sources is a strategic aspect in ensuring adequate water quality and availability. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to assist Talago Depot in selecting the best spring source. A Decision Support System (DSS) or Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that is able to provide problem solving capabilities and communication capabilities for problems with semi-structured and unstructured conditions. There are many problems that can be used as research in a decision support system, one of which is determining the best spring source. In this research, a decision making system will be designed using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. The TOPSIS method is a multi-criteria decision making method that uses the principle that the selected alternative must have the closest distance to the positive ideal solution and the furthest distance to the negative ideal solution. It is hoped that this research can make a practical contribution to the efficiency of decision making regarding the selection of spring sources at the Talago Depot. With this SPK, it is hoped that Depot Talago can make more informed and measurable decisions, increase operational sustainability, and have a positive impact on clean water services to the surrounding community. The results obtained from this research are data on the best spring sources.

Abstract

The sales recruitment process in the housing industry requires objective and measurable candidate evaluation so that companies can select truly competent salespeople. However, manual selection processes often lead to subjectivity and slow decision-making. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to select sales candidates based on multiple criteria relevant to the needs of the property industry. The criteria used include communication skills, work experience, digital marketing skills, negotiation skills, and professional appearance and ethics. The SAW method was chosen because it can perform simple, fast, and accurate weighting calculations to generate the best alternative value based on all predetermined criteria. The results show that this system can assist companies in determining sales candidates who best meet competency standards through a transparent and measurable ranking process. Thus, the application of the SAW method to the sales selection process has proven effective in supporting more objective, efficient, and aligned decision-making in the digital era. Hasil akhir penelitian ini diperoleh 4 rekomendasi sales dengan nilai akhir Perhitungan SAW menghasilkan nilai untuk setiap kandidat, dengan skor tertinggi diperoleh pada kandidat V16 dan V19 sebesar 0,898, serta diikuti kandidat V10 dengan nilai 0,731. Kandidat-kandidat dengan nilai tertinggi tersebut direkomendasikan sebagai calon sales terbaik karena memenuhi standar kompetensi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan
