Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stres, commitment, and leadership style variables on employee satisfaction at PT. Bimatama Teknik Mandiri for both permanent and non-permanent employees are accessed. 100 employees. Samples were taken as many as 80 respondents where all employees were permanent, using a non-probabilty sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Using data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS version 25 application program. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be said that variable stress, organizational commitment, and leadership style have a significant effect on PT. Bimatama Teknik Mandiri.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membuat sistem keamanan rumah berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang dapat mengidentifikasi pergerakan secara otomatis dan mengirimkan notifikasi kepada pengguna melalui aplikasi Telegram secara real-time. Sistem ini menggunakan ESP32-CAM sebagai pengambil gambar, sensor Infrared Passive (PIR) sebagai pendeteksi gerakan, dan buzzer dan LED sebagai indikator peringatan. Penelitian dilakukan melalui prototyping dan eksperimen, yang mencakup perancangan perangkat keras dan lunak, integrasi sistem, dan pengujian sensitivitas sensor. Pengujian dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas deteksi gerakan berdasarkan variasi jarak dan sudut, serta untuk mengevaluasi keterbatasan sensor dalam bentuk area buta (blind spot). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mendeteksi gerakan hingga jarak 5 meter dengan sudut optimal antara -30° dan +30°. Area buta dan tinggi dihitung dengan trigonometri berdasarkan sudut pemasangan dan jarak objek terhadap sensor. Sistem ini layak digunakan sebagai alat keamanan rumah yang hemat biaya dan efektif karena dapat mendeteksi gerakan dan mengirimkan notifikasi gambar secara langsung ke Telegram..

Abstract

The referral system in the National Health Insurance policy is a challenge for class B hospitals. This research aims to analyze the marketing mix strategy for Cardiac Vascular Center carried out by the PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping hospital in the National Health Insurance era. The research approach used is qualitative with a case study type of research. The subjects of this research are internal hospital informants and were selected based on purposive sampling criteria, namely those related to the marketing strategy of the hospital's superior services. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, an alternative strategy was obtained, namely a growth oriented strategy. This strategy maximizes the strengths you have to take advantage of existing opportunities or can also be called an SO (strength-opportunity) strategy. The strategies resulting from the SWOT analysis are improving human resources, adding services, developing facilities and infrastructure, increasing promotions, collaborating, improving IT systems, providing HR training and studies, and providing appropriate remuneration. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as a consideration for strategic decisions for Cardiac Vascular Center at PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital and for other researchers to make strategic priorities according to hospital needs.
