Abstract

Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan cara "mendapatkannya" dalam meningkatkan pengu-asaan kosakata siswa kelas tujuh di MTs Al-Azhar Malang. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) di mana peneliti bertindak sebagai guru yang memimpin kegiatan mengajar. Data diperlukan dari dua sumber utama: yang kualitatif dan yang kuantitatif. Kualitatif diambil dari daftar observasi dan catatan lapangan sedangkan kualitatif diambil dari hasil studi pendahuluan dan tes yang diberikan pada akhir siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 20 siswa siswa kelas tujuh MTs Al-Azhar Malang tahun akademik 2017-2018. Siklus penelitian ini terdiri dari empat langkah utama: perencanaan, implementasi, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Temuan penelitian ini menun-jukkan bahwa penggunaan "Got It Game" dengan topik kosakata komunikasi bahasa Inggris sehari-hari, pekerjaan orang, dan perawatan dan penampilan pribadi dapat meningkatkan prestasi penguasaan kosakata siswa.Kata Kunci: Game, Penguasaan Kosakata.

Abstract

Online interactive learning is an innovative approach intended to create a commitment to creating narrative text writing, comprehension, and creative client ideas. This assessment's inspiration is to evaluate the effect of online interactive learning on student grades and narrative texts' composition. Analysis has been performed at MTs. Miftahul Huda Tuban in the 7th grade. To determine does online collaborative learning through telegram is successful, researchers use a pre-experimental method when the information is measured using a t-test statistical formula. As a result of the exploration, the mean pre-test was 51,3333, and the mean post-test was 84,000. From the pre-test post-test study results, it can be shown that there is an impact on increasing student scores by using online interactive learning methods through telegram.

Abstract

This study aims to see empirical evidence of the effect of unlimited learning on students’ vocabulary mastery. Researchers used experiments in class 1 MTs Darussalam Gapluk Purwosari Bojonegoro. It aims to increase students’ awareness by expanding their room from home and school to their everyday lives. Seamless learning allows for continuous learning experiences in a number of environments, such as school or home, while seamless learning is spread across multiple environments. Seamless learning is a flawless network where learning takes place anywhere and anytime. Some of the benefits of using a seamless approach include: 1) students can study classes and time without limits 2) students can study at any time, and anywhere 3) integrated learning between formal and non-formal education. Based on the outcome of the estimation of post-test, the average post-test score was 82.6667, while the pre-test average was 52000. This means that the average post-test is 52000. The score is higher than the pre-test.

Abstract

This researcher measures the effectiveness of discovery learning on reading descriptive text at eight grades of SMP Diniyah Al Falahiyah Lamongan in academic 2020/202. The discovery learning method strategy works for the students' mental, easy to interact (actively) and new information independently. The method of the research utilized a quantitative experimental method by using a pre-experimental design. Conducted the sample of the study was at VII-A class with 30 students. The instrument of collecting data used try-out and test (pre-test and post-test). The test had utilized to know students' abilities before and after the experiment run. The result of the research showed the mean score in the pre-test was 57.33, and the post-test was 74.50. The result was that the post-test was higher than the pre-test. The analysis using the SPSS based paired sample t-test formula produces a significance value of sig. (2-tailed) had 0.000 at the critical value for the 5% level (0.000 < 0.05). The obtained t-test had -21.908, and the t-table was 2.042. So, the test score was higher than the t-table (-21.908 > 2.042). It means rejected Ho and Ha is accepted. It can conclude that the discovery learning method has significant and effectiveness to reading descriptive text.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sistem cuti di Rumah Sakit Asri Medical Center (AMC) Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan formulir kertas dan belum terintegrasi dengan sistem kepegawaian yang ada, sehingga menyebabkan inefisiensi dalam proses administrasi dan pengarsipan dokumen. Metode ini menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti keterlambatan dalam pemrosesan pengajuan, kesulitan dalam melacak status pengajuan, dan risiko kehilangan dokumen penting. Permasalahan ini berdampak negatif pada efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi cuti berbasis web yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan cuti pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Extreme Programming (XP) dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pihak terkait, serta studi pustaka untuk memperoleh landasan teoritis yang kuat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dirancang mampu menyediakan fitur-fitur seperti pengajuan cuti secara online, persetujuan bertingkat, dan pelacakan status pengajuan secara real-time. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Black-box menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur berfungsi sesuai harapan, dengan tingkat keberhasilan mencapai 100%. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan cuti pegawai, serta mempermudah bagian Sumber Daya Insani (SDI) dalam mendata dan mengelola cuti secara efektif. Rekomendasi untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut mencakup penambahan fitur notifikasi real-time dan peningkatan aspek keamanan sistem.
