Abstract

ABSTRAK Diabetes melitus menyebabkan hambatan aliran darah ke seluruh organ sehingga mengakibatkan nefropati, retinopati, neuropati, dan penyakit vaskular perifer yang bisa menyebabkan ulkus pada tungkai bawah. Untuk mencegah ulkus tersebut dapat dilakukan kombinasi senam kaki DM dan pijat kaki karena bermanfaat  memperbaiki dan meningkatkan sirkulasi darah pada kaki. Sirkulasi darah kaki yang lancar dapat dideteksi melalui meningkatnya nilai ABI.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas kombinasi senam kaki DM dan pijat kaki terhadap nilai Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di RSUD Ungaran Kabupaten Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pre-eksperimental designs, rancangan onegrouppretest-posttest. Teknik sampling menggunakan  purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 21 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan pengukuran nilai ABI. Responden dilakukan intervensi  kombinasi senam kaki DM dan pijat kaki dengan alat ukur Spigmomanometer air raksa dan stetoscope. Uji SPSS menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Analisis didapatkan kombinasi senam kaki DM dan pijat kaki efektif terhadap nilai Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) pada pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 di RSUD Ungaran Kabupaten Semarang dengan P value = 0,016 (a = 0,05), peningkatan nilai  rata-rata ABI 0,12 mmHg. Disarankan kepada penderita diabetes melitus untuk melakukan kombinasi senam kaki diabetes mellitus dan pijat kaki didalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk mencegah komplikasi pada kaki diabetik.   Kata kunci : DM, senam kaki, pijat kaki.   THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE COMBINATION OF GYMNASTICS AND DIABETES MELLITUS FEET FOOT MASSAGE OF ANKLE BRACHIAL INDEX (ABI) IN TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS PATIENTS   ABSTRACT Diabetes mellitus causes a disruption of blood flow to all organs causing nephropathy, retinopathy, neuropathy,and peripheral vascular disease that can cause ulcers on the lower leg. To prevent these ulcers, combination ofgymnastics DM leg and foot massage can be done to improve and enhance blood circulation in the foot. Smothcirculation on the foot can be detected by increasing the value of ABI. This study aims to determine theeffectivenes of combination between diabetes mellitus foot gymnastic and foot massage toward the value of ankle brachial index (ABI) in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients at RSUD Ungaran Semarang Regency. This research used a pre-experimental designs, design was one group pretest-posttest. The sampling technique usedpurposive sample with sample of 21 respondents. Collected data used ABI measuring. Interventions done to the respondents were combination between DM foot gymnastic and foot massage used Spigmomanometer andstethoscope as the measuring device. Analysis combination of DM foot gymnastics and foot massage is effectivetoward the value of ankle brachial index (ABI) in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients at RSUD Ungaran SemarangRegency, with p-value 0,016 (? = 0,05), an increased in the average value of ABI 0,12 mmHg. Abstract

In this study, we computed the lift force of the aircraft with ONERA OA206 airfoil type. It was positioned at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of the wingspan for Angle of Attack (AoA) variations of 0o, 4o, 8o, 12o, and 16o. The research was to determine the effect of AoA on pressure, pressure coefficient (Cp), and lift coefficient (CL) on the ONERA OA206 aircraft wing. It shows that the greater AoA on the result of the pressure contour causes the increase in the difference of span at AoA 0o to 16o t these are 0.25%; 0.26%; 0.43%; 0.52%; and 0.53%. Through the graph of the pressure coefficient (Cp) against x/c, it can be seen that the greater AoA, the expansion point, and the stagnation point will shift to the right with the direction of x/c. In addition, the Cp at the lower is greater than the upper of the airfoil. Based on the research results, it was found that CL at the position of 0% to 50% increased when given AoA from 0o to 12o (CL max) and decreased at AoA = 16o (stall). Meanwhile, CL at 75% to 100% increased when given AoA from 0o to 8o (CL max) and decreased at AoA = 12o (stall). With these results, it can be concluded that the maximum AoA that can be applied to the wing of the ONERA OA206 aircraft is 8o. The closer to the end position of the airfoil, the higher the CL measured.
