Abstract

ABSTRAK Seorang ibu sering mengalami masalah dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif, salah satu kendala utamanya yakni produksi ASI yang tidak lancer sehingga mengakibatkan capaian target Nasional ASI eksklusif 80% tidak tercapai. Salah satu cara agar ASI dapat berproduksi lancar dengan melakukan perawatan payudara. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan perawatan payudara dengan kelancaran produksi ASI di Desa Bendan, Kecamatan Banyudono, Kabupaten Boyolali. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu melahirkan di Desa Bendan, Kecamatan Banyudono, Kabupaten Boyolali pada tahun 2015. Jumlah sampel melibatkan 50 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil bivariat penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara perawatan payudara dengan  kelancaran produksi ASI di Desa Bendan, Kecamatan Banyudono, Kabupaten Boyolali, dengan nilai  p=0,001,  POR = 3,263 (95% CI=1,211-8,796) sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa seseorang yang melakukan perawatan payudara berpengaruh sebesar 3 kali terhadap kelancaran produksi ASI. dengan  kelancaran produksi ASI di Desa Bendan, Kecamatan Banyudono, Kabupaten Boyolali.   Kata kunci : Perawatan Payudara dan Produksi ASI   THE RELATIONSHIP OF BREAST CARE WITH THE SMOOTHNESS OF EXCLUSIVE BREASTFEEDING PRODUCTION   ABSTRACT A mother often has problems with exclusive breastfeeding, one of the main obstacles of exclusive non-exclusive breastfeeding cousing the nasional target of exclusive breastfeeding 80% not reached. One way for ASI to produce smoothly that by doing breast Care.  Therefore it is necessary to do research to know the relationship of breast care with the smoothness of exclusive breastfeeding production in Bendan Village, Banyudono Sub-district, Boyolali Regency.The type of this research is observational research with cross sectional design. The population in this study were all mothers giving birth in Bendan Village, Banyudono Sub-district, Boyolali Regency in 2015. The total sample involved 50 people, with sampling technique using total sampling. Bivariate analysis using Chi-Square.The conclusion of this study based on the results of bivariate research indicates that there is a relationship between breast care with smooth milk production in Bendan Village, Banyudono Sub District, Boyolali Regency, with p = 0,001, POR = 3,263 (95% CI = 1,211-8,796) that someone who does breast treatment has an effect of 3 times on the smoothness of breast milk production. with smooth milk production in Bendan Village, Banyudono Sub-district, Boyolali Regency.   Keywords:  Breast Care and Exlusive breastfeeding

Abstract

Breast cancer is a continuous cell growth that spreads without control in breast tissue. Young women especially those who are in reproductive ages with breast cancer tend to have more malignant cancer and worse prognosis. The purpose of this study is to prove history of first age menarche ≤12 years associated with the incidence of breast cancer in reproductive ages. Research design analytic observational study used a control case study design. The population in this study were reproductive women aged 15-49 years who were examined at the Oncology clinic in Tugurejo General Hospital with anatomical pathology results. The samples in this study were 42 cases and 42 controls with consecutive sampling technique. The data were analyzed univaraiate anda bivariate by chi-square. Results research history of first age menarche ≤12 years releted of breast cancer with value p= 0,005; OR= 4,015; 95% CI= 1,618-9,966. Conclusion history of the first age of menarche ≤12 years is related to the incidence of breast cancer in women of childbearing age. The researchers can add new variables about risk factors for breast cancer.
