Abstract

Tujuan pendidikan dan pelatihan adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap dan keterampilan pegawai agar lebih professional dalam bekerja sehingga tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai dan telah dikaitkan dengan kinerja pegawai. Meningkatkan semangat kerja seluruh tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi yang lebih tinggi. Sedangkan manfaat pendidikan dan pelatihan adalah untuk meningkatkan kemantapan pegawai dan dapat memberikan kesempatan kepada pegawai untuk mengembangkan diri agar dalam melaksanakan tugas dapat dilaksanakan secara efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami Peran Pendidikan dan Pelatihan dalam Meningkatkan Perekonomian Masyarakat. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Berbagai sumber dianalisis untuk memperoleh simpulan dari penelitian ini. Pendidikan dan pelatihan pegawai merupakan syarat pekerjaan untuk meningkatkan penguasaan berbagai keterampilan, keahlian dan pengetahuan berdasarkan kegiatan kerja nyata yang terperinci dan rutin dalam rangka melaksanakan dan menyelesaikan pekerjaan yang diberikan kepadanya. Sedangkan proses atau tahapan pendidikan dan pelatihan harus dilakukan dengan memperhatikan: a) Sasaran, b) Kurikulum, c) Prasarana, d) Peserta, e) Pembina, dan f) Pelaksanaan. Penyelenggara diklat juga harus terlebih dahulu menetapkan tujuan yang jelas yang ingin dicapai agar pelaksanaan program diklat dapat diarahkan pada pencapaian tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

This research explores the role of mobile technology in Arabic language education at the elementary school level. With the increasing use of technology in education, this research highlights how mobile applications can be used as effective learning tools. The purpose of this research is to measure the effectiveness of using mobile applications in Arabic language learning for elementary school students. This research employs a mixed-methods approach that combines quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative data was obtained through Arabic language proficiency tests conducted before and after the use of the application, while qualitative data was collected through interviews with students and teachers to gain in-depth insights into their experiences. The results of the study indicate that the use of the mobile application significantly improved students' Arabic language skills, particularly in the areas of vocabulary, reading, and grammar. In addition, this research also reveals that the majority of students and teachers have a positive perception of the use of mobile applications in learning, although there are challenges such as limited access to technology and the need for adequate technical support and training. The recommendations provided include the enhancement of technological infrastructure, support and technical training, collaboration between application developers and educators, as well as parental involvement. This research provides valuable insights into the potential and challenges of using mobile technology in Arabic language education, as well as laying the groundwork for better development and implementation in the future.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the low interest of computer training participants at LKP Kurnia Computer, Pancung Soal District, Pesisisir Selatan Regency, this is thought to be related to their learning needs. The objectives of this research are 1) to describe the learning needs of computer training participants at LKP Kurnia, Pesisir Selatan Regency, 2) to describe the learning interests of computer training participants at LKP Kurnia, Pesisir Selatan Regency, and 3) to determine the relationship between learning needs and the interests of computer training participants at LKP Kurnia South Coastal Regency. This research includes quantitative research with a correlational type, the population in this study was 30 people. The sample in this research was 70% of 30 people, namely 20 people. The data collection technique is a questionnaire with a data collection tool using an instrument containing a list of statements or questions. The data analysis technique in the research is percentage using the Spearman Rho correlation formula. The results of the research can be seen: 1) Learning needs at LKP Kurnia Computer are categorized as poor, 2) interest in learning at LKP Kurnia Computer based on all sub-variables is categorized as low, and 3) there is a significant relationship between learning needs and interest in learning at LKP Kurnia Computer.Keywords: Learning needs, learning interests, course institutions
