Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Word of Mouth dan brand image terhadap minat beli ulang konsumenKopi ABC di Desa Pancoran-Bondowoso.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei.Dengan jumlah sampel 95 responden.Hasil Penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Word of Mouthberpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen dan brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen. Secara simultan brand imagedan Word of Mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen Sedangkan besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah 58,9%..

Abstract

The problem that is most often faced by an organization to achieve its goals is how to improve the work discipline of its employees properly.  If work discipline is not applied and not adhered to, it will be difficult for an organization to achieve optimal results.  So that in improving work discipline an organization requires factors that can affect work discipline, namely organizational culture, leadership style, and communication.This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, and communication on work discipline.  This research is a quantitative research.  The subjects of this study were employees of the Banyuwangi Regional Revenue Agency as many as 33 respondents.  Data processing in this study using SPSS version 25 for windows.  With the first result, there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Organizational Culture on Work Discipline.  Second, there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Leadership Style on Work Discipline.  And third, there is no significant effect between the variables of Communication on Work Discipline.

Abstract

The success of a hospital in carrying out its functions is marked by the excellent service quality of the hospital. To optimize existing human resources, the thing that needs to be considered is the provision of workloads for each employee to match their portion. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and on job satisfaction of employees of the Medical Record Section at Blambangan Hospital Banyuwang. This study uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples used were 35 respondents who worked at the Blambangan Hospital, especially in the medical record section. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires, and observations. Then, the data obtained were processed by simple regression analysis. The results showed that the effect of workload on employee job satisfaction was 77.1%. This indicates that if employee job satisfaction is considered properly, it will lead to a sense of satisfaction at work

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing efforts made by the K24 Jajag Pharmacy to increase sales volume by using a SWOT analysis. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is data collection, data presentation, analysis, getting results and drawing conclusions. From the results of the SWOT analysis, internal and external factors obtained a score of strengths (5.4), weaknesses (2.3), opportunities (5), and threats (2.6). From the SWOT analysis, it is then depicted in the Cartesian diagram that the coordinate points are in the S-O Strategy, namely the development (Growth) strategy by implementing maintaining product quality, increasing product stock, and the public does not need to go to a doctor because Apotek K24 facilitates it for 24 hours. Opportunity and strength factors that greatly influence this business despite the threats and weaknesses that always exist in this business. The strategy used by Apotek K24 Jajag is a SWOT analysis strategy, where this strategy is expected that business actors can maintain a business situation that has begun to develop.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bondi Syad Mulia Surabaya, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bondi Syad Mulia Surabaya yang berjumlah 55 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan probability sampling, pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi, kuisioner, dan wawancara. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji instrumen yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F), dan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji normalitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang didapatkan dari nilai uji t bahwa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pada penelitian Uji F (Simultan), mengenai pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bondi Syad Mulia Surabaya. Hai ini dibuktikan melalui hasil perhitungan statistik yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai F yaitu F hitung (7,226) > F tabel (2,79) dengan sinifikansi 0,000 < 0,005 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima.

Abstract

Abstract The service industry is currently experiencing very rapid development in line with the needs of the community for various types of services in various fields of life. The development of competition intensity and the number of competitors makes the company must always pay attention to the needs and desires of customers, and try to meet customer expectations by providing better service than competitors do. This research was conducted at Hotel Berlian Abadi Banyuwangi by taking 60 respondents who were hotel consumers. This study uses a questionnaire method and data processing uses questionnaire analysis, and data processing uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and determination by first using the items in the questionnaire to test the validity of its reliability. Based on the results of the analysis, the SPSS program proved to be significantly correlated at the level of significance (sig <0.05) so that it was declared valid in the measurement. Reliable because the Cronbach Alpha value is ≥ 0.6. Based on the F test, the calculated F number is greater than the F table (76.136 > 3.16). Thus the rule of the F test decision states rejecting Ho and accepting Ha, which says there is a significant influence between service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction Hotel Berlian Abadi Banyuwangi. From the analysis using the classic heteroscedasticity assumption test, it is known that the variable quality of service (X1) and facilities (X2) are shown that the significance value is greater than (0.05) and t count <t table, it can be ascertained that the model does not contain heteroscedasticity.

Abstract

Oseng Deles is a typical Banyuwangi souvenir centre shop that provides fashion products, such as t-shirts. This study aims to analyse the effect of promotion, brand image, and price perception on purchasing decisions for fashion item products at Oseng Deles Banyuwangi simultaneously and partially. The population of this study were customers of fashion item products at Oseng Deles Banyuwangi, with 100 respondents as samples selected using simple random sampling technique. Data collection methods include observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research that uses multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test). The results showed that promotion, brand image, and price perceptions simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
